I spoke with a B***** M****** who assured me that I could lock in a 3.25% interest rate along with a substantially reduced payment. I made $2,500 in payments to Roosevelt Law firm who was supposed to furnish Chase Bank with information and documentation on my behalf. I cancelled final payment ($1,000) when I discovered I was not eligible for the interest rate quoted "off the record." I spoke with N**** E******* at Roosevelt and she was dismayed to learn what i had told her and promised a refund of my $2,500 less any billable hours they needed to charge. i received nothing and my subsequent voice messages for N**** E******* have gone unreturned.

    They scammed me they were supose to help with a foreclosure i paid and then no one is calling if i had not moved on i would have lost my house they say they giving me my money back now it been two or three months still waiting called bbb now they calling talking they mailef ththe check had the wrong address and they mailing a new check ok its been since friday its 9:00  tuesday night still no check bbb think its settled guess they said they sending a check i let them know again eaiting on the check

      Kim. You already received your FULL refund of $750. You gave us incorrect information when you asked us for help in May. Our legal team reviewed your case and decided you were not eligible for help in June, thus we refunded your payment in. You provided the wrong address, and literally NEVER called us back to ask why your mail carrier did not deliver the check. You contacted the BBB, who contacted us last week. The BBB reviewed our notes and documents and agreed we did NOTHING wrong.  We called you right away, mailed you a new refund check to the correct address (this time we checked with the Post office and your name), and you received your check the same day you posted this review. Now you are in the mindset that you are actually eligible for help because someone local to you is charging you and promising you that you can get help. if anything you are being scammed by someone right now, and somehow thing we did wrong. When we call you to talk, all you do is scream and complain and blame us for all the issues in your finances and life. Thank you for coming on this site and blaming us again. You got your money back and are now being scammed by someone who is promising you results that are simply not true. God Bless You!

    Don't advise customers to stop communicating with their lender or servicer. Under the Rule, it's illegal to tell people they shouldn't communicate with their lender or servicer
    I just got this from this aide snd i was told not to talk to the bank cause i may say the wrong thing let them do all the talking well they did nothing i would call no one called me back i was told i would get a call on friday well its been 3 months still no call got some one else and after my sale date they sent me a letter saying they were not going to help me and they stopped b4 my sale date. If i had not moved on i wo uh ld have lost my house. All these ppl are telling there story and dome still don't believe it these ppl.and me have no reason to lie they may have helped people its the ones that lost there house with the problem. It also says they should not ask for money up front ok no money no time thats all of them

    This people scam me $6000 they promise me do modification but they do repayment plan we call my mortgage company they never ask for modification only ask for repayment plan my new laws sad this is scam if you not will give me my $8500 dollars we take them to court never trust this people they scammers by law

    I can believe this people they scammers they promise me to do modification what was never done one of people who this firm name Jason never even try they did repayment plan is so much I couldn’t pay please people don’t believe than they took from $8500 .00 and never done any job they criminals remember that my attorney try to get money from them but not paying I am 72 yers old please this people is scammers thanks
