I don't appreciate getting a call from an "interviewing" company, since I'm unemployed, I thought it was a REAL interviewer.......how tacky to scam people in need of a job.........why not use the word "survey", because ultimately that's what this company is.  Besides  other choice words I could think of to call them!

    Just got a call at 9:25 on a Sunday night.  I guess they do not follow the do not call list!  I have been on it since it was introduced!

      This is Sunday afternoon and I just received a call from them.  I have frequently had call from them. As I am profoundly deaf I never hear the phone so it is just another call/message to delete.  What happened to weekends and evenings? I get these call past 8 in the evening and on weekends!

    Since BR Interviewing is not a telemarketing company and we actually conducts surveys and research studies for major clients. It does not have any relation to the do not call list.  People are just real petty on here.

      What's "real petty" about not wanting to be bothered by unsolicited calls from a for-profit company taking up our time for their purposes?

      "Survey" companies are legally exempted from do-not-call requirements, but that doesn't mean they're not intrusive, annoying, unwanted, and selfish. You're not even doing scientific research with some kind of redeeming value; you get paid to bug people by those who want to make even more money from your bugging them.

      Don't get on your high horse about the fact that *people object to what you do to them*. That's entirely on you.

      People are not "petty" because they do not like unsolicited phone calls from a company doing surveys! You may be exempt from the DNC list but we are NOT exempt from disliking your tactics!

      You may be exempted from the DNC list however it is still a violation in most states for companies such as yours to call after 8PM

      There is nothing petty about being annoyed by unsolicited phone calls.  My voice mail (which you ignore) clearly asks you to email me.  That's all you have to do.  Instead you [***] call over and over and over until I actually answer. That is disgusting and you should be shut down for that kind of behavior.

      it absolutley has something to do with the no call list in my state.  Unsolicited sales or marketing calls are not allowed and are the main reason the no call list exists.

      You're a moron, "Sha".  Do you not understand this is harassment?  The calls come multiple times a day, every day, and there is NO ONE ON THE OTHER END when you say "hello".  This is not "petty", it is criminal.  Whoever is doing this should be imprisoned.
