I don't appreciate getting a call from an "interviewing" company, since I'm unemployed, I thought it was a REAL interviewer.......how tacky to scam people in need of a job.........why not use the word "survey", because ultimately that's what this company is.  Besides  other choice words I could think of to call them!

Per Better business Bureau the company is actually named Braun Research, INC. Bases in Princeton, New Jersey.  Alternate names includes BR interviewing.  The company is in fact exempt from the do not call list, again per the BBB:  "The company is a survey research firm.  Organizations engaged in charitable, political or survey work are exempt from do not call laws."  I suggest taking that up with your representative in the legislature. The company is acting within the law.  Annoying, maybe. But lawful.

At least most of you got a response. I answered the phone at work, said my whole "speech" and they hung up. RUDE

Answered my phone with the usual "Hello".  The person on the other side of the line asked to speak with Marty.  I asked who's calling and she responded by saying B R Interviews.  What's this about I ask, she responds by asking if Marty is available.  I asked Marty Who? ......She hung up.  WTF

9 phone calls in 3 hours. Told them to F off repeatedly and get off my phone. Called back and asked for me personally and continued to ask for personal questions. Sure I want to tell people stuff who are half way around the world.

BR Interviewing called me more than thirty times in 4 days. Each time, they ask for my husband, by name. They refuse to take us off their call list, and hang up when I ask for a supervisor or their corporate offices. We finally got so fed up, that we disconnected our home phone. Guess what... now they're calling my CELL PHONE, which is not publicly listed ANYWHERE. Stalker much? I'm calling the Cyber Division of my local police department and the FTC to lodge formal complaints for predatory business practices and potential stalking. Someone has got to stop this.

Have you guys ever considered that people who work for survey companies just need a job, just like all of you? Do you think they LIKE bothering you? Do you ever think "hmm, this person is just doing their job" I work for BR and I can tell you that we have no idea how many times we've called a person. The calls pop up, and we start talking. It also explains why sometimes you don't hear us, there's a lag between when you answer and the call actually comes up for us

For some insights into this dubious boiler-room style business, read
        https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Braun-Research/reviews
The legitimate research I did in the past had all sorts of strictures in place to assure random sampling; one, we never called the same number twice, unless a relationship for call-backs was made on the first call. These scripted calls cloak the true nature and identity of the actual purpose, which may be a push poll or marketing ploy disguised as a consumer survey. They also hide the identity of the purchaser of the service, ie who is paying for the call you are getting, who might be anyone at all, from the Koch Brothers to ISIS.
Nine years running, they are clearly protected by well-oiled legislators uninterested in any real consumer protection. We get the kind of government others are willing to pay for.

Had called numerous times after hours, and my mother had answered.  They did not reply.  THIS IS SUNDAY.  They called earlier tonite while I was out.  Then called while I was here, so I finally got to answer.  Dude finally picked up on the line.  HE ASKED FOR ME BY NAME.  Dude gave me the spiel.  Then starts asking me a personal question.  I said where did you get this number?  He said it was picked randomly.  So I said this number isn't listed under my name.  He said it was from voter rolls.  Uhhhhh.... Our state does NOT attach voter registration to a phone number!!!  I call identity theft attempt!!!
