    Disgusted!
Have called 100 times to ask about my refund, most unprofessional, unethical people ever. The lady on the phone called me crazy for wanting to cancel, why even argue with me for cancelling when you're not going to refund me anyway? [***]. I can't believe they can just keep getting away with this.

I asked for refund but they keep giving me all telephone numbers as well addresses for me to contact and they keep avoiding to my question of refund.  I need a surefire way to file complaint against this company at federal and state level that they will kneel before us as customers.

I got postcard from them.  I called to see what was going on.  Something just sounded fishy to me.  I'm so glad i found you guys.  Before I even would give them any information i would have called the dealer where I just bought my car from.  I knew I still had a powertrain warranty and that's all i need.  The are a big scam.   I would like to know how they got my information though.
