I used the info from Sandy's post on Sept 12,2011 found out the name of the owner of AWD, aka Cam sevices and proceeded to call them like they called me. When I recieved a call from a bogus # I would call the 800 #s listed and asked for the owner Chris Ambrosia. The awkwark silence on the other end of the phone was very satisfying, then as they asked for my name I would treat them as I was treated. I asked if this is the credit card scam company. Never got Chris on the phone I guess he must be to busy being the legit business man he is. The must have caller ID and figured they better take my name off the list before some angry people start knocking on thier door. I have not recieved any calls in about 3 weeks now. I was just starting to have some fun. I guess they don't like people wasting thier precious time with about 20 calls in a row. I highly recomend this approach, seeing our federal gov can't seem to put a stop to it. I must have filed about 10 complaints with no results. Good luck and let me know how you make out.

"Rachel" has now added "have a nice day" to the ending!
The "banks" that extended credit to "deadbeat" consumers are crying "foul", and so there's no Consumer Protection.
Where did "neck deep in this" Client Services Inc get these phone numbers from? We are not among the "deadbeats" you speak of. What does the consumer debt crisis have to do with reapeatedly robo-calling the wrong people. The American Consumer has spoken, and said you can't Rachel-robo-dial your debt collections.

The robo-calls are generated by groups of typically "third party debt collectors" front "companies"- under the guise of lowering your credit to 6.9%. Ambrosia Web Design-front/AFB/Concord/CAM-foreign, uses several alias names.
The "fee" they collect would be assumed returned to the original creditor bank as debt collected. No telling about the legitimacy of "cardmember services".
It all falls under debt collecting gray areas , and loop-holes of Consumer Law, even though it's all fraudulent call center false advertising, foreign for profit shell companies. So, now Rachel says "have a nice day" reapetetedly robo-calling the wrong people. We need that Navy Seal Team6 about now!

I get called daily-usually from a different number each time. This probably gets them around the FCC complaint (as if the FCC can do anything) If anybody ever gets an address for these people-feel free to post it up. I like to do business face to face.

The main one is Client Services Inc- Main office is 3451 Harry Truman Blvd,  Saint Charles, MO 63301. They have other hidden "shell companies/call centers" in Texas, Florida, and Kansas, if the one in NY was acually shut down.
Give "CEO" Bradley Franta a call and tell him how much you appreciate "Rachel, from cardmember services"- 877-665-3439.
"Live opeator- Mr Davidson" is most likley from CSI-Client Services Inc.
Records show that he started in with the Rachel-robo-calls shortly after CSI shut down it's use of the Costa Rica, and East India outsourced "representatives". "Press "1" on your phone now to speak to a live operator..."
Front "company" Ambrosia Web Design in Mesa, AZ is doing the same crap.

Me too. .I must have gotten them 3 times a day the past week. Today I decided to "Press 1" and when she asked would I like to know how to lower my rates, I said, "NO I want you to stop the calls". Maybe I'll press 1 the next time and blow a whistle in her ear.

Why can't the FCC do something about these people? I have been bothered for 2 years now.

We began suspecting Missouri based "company" Client Services inc (CSI) last Aug, 2011.
They claim they are only a "third party debt collector".
According to some of their online "advertising", the stuff being sold, resold, traded was not Consumer friendly to say the least. Evidence shows they "sold" "Rachel" to Ambrosia Web Design (AWD).

Inquiries were made to CSI "affiliate" NY "foreign for profit" Financial Services Solutions, LLC (FSS).

Meanwhile American Diabetic Assistance, LLC (ADA) begins an aggressive "telemarketing" scam against our phone number. They are also believed to have gotten their "call center services" from CSI.
All three- CSI, FSS, & ADA were sent requests for their TCPA DNC policies. Nothing has ever been received.
BAMM!   FSS mysteriously goes "Inactive- Surrender of athority", and the web site disappears!
And now they sell/sold different stuff according to Manta online biz search.

Then American Diabetic Assistance" foreign for profit affiliate" "Pgkn Inc" suddenly shuts down!
    So whats going on here?!?

Meanwhile the "Rachel robo-calls" are following patterns of stopping for a while after contacting the MO AG office. The office even assures specific "help" regarding "Rachel".
The robo-call recordings slightly change, and the outsourced "representative" becomes domestic "reps".
Live operator- "Mr Davidson" becomes active, and "Rachel" adds "have a nice day" to the ending.

Yet the robo-calls still continue.  It's a conspiracy, as though the Govmt. is allowing it to go on.

Even Ambrosia Web Design's collection of "affiliate companies" continues, after being reported for using seveal alias names- Leroy Castine, Chris Ambrosia, Lee Cestine.
Just look at the available online Sec of State scanned documents!
He fills out all the forms, same handwritting!
Forgot how he signed "AFB LLC" -"Leroy Castine" and "Concord Financial Advisors LLC"- "Lee Cestine".  Signatures are the same!!!  Handwritting is the same!!!  He signs "Chris Ambrosia " a little different, but the handwritting is the same!!!
    Isn't that FRAUD?!?
Yet, the robo-calls continue, the Govmt does nothing..............

I take it no one cared for my idea to give false names and numbers to them. False information will lead them on wild goose chases all day long. It will completely blow away their method of operation. It will work if we all do it consistently.

It's a good idea! We've used it before to bait the actual "CEOs", after a "rep" said "he was the big boss over all them".
Unfortunatly, they now know what we will do, and dont say anything- dead air. This after giving false info, we heard one of the "live operators" say to another in the back ground- "Oh my God!, Thats the number prefix ..of ..(inaudable conversation) - then they hang up.   So they know they are being recorded and documented!
Now it's time to see about shuting it down completly.

P.S. There's an NBC News story on FCC and telemarketing robo-calls.

"Telemarketing"! The crooks are using loopholes and gray areas of DEBT COLLECTING laws to get around Do not Call!  There are different rules concerning TCPA enforcement!  Seems these "companies" don't have to provide their own Do not Call Policies, according to "telemarketing" law.

You seem well informed, I've been trying to educate myself on this because I'm sick of the calling.
In all my research I've done the only thing I come up with is nothing can be done. Calls keep coming on landline and cell phones. What do you know about AWD?

This is from a comment that has been submitted at the top of "Unsolicited Phone Calls".
Things move around fast there, and hopefully it wont get lost in all the commenting like it reportedly did when posted a few days ago.

There is good cause to believe that Client Services Inc (CSI) re-sold the "Rachel-robo-call" to Arizona based Ambrosia web Design's (AWD) collection of "affiliate companies".
Even after being reported for using several alias names- "Leroy Castine, Chris Ambrosia, Lee Cestine", AWD continues to "Rachel-robo-call".
Just take a look at the available online AZ Sec of State scanned documents. "Ambrosia" fills out all the forms, same handwritting!
He must have forgot  how he signed AFB LLC- "Leroy Castine" & Concord Financial Assistance LLC- "Lee Cestine". Signatures are the same! He signs "Chris Ambrosia" a little different, but the handwritting is the same!!!
Isn't that FRAUD?!? Yet the robo-calls continue.

        PS-
We have a growing file of testimony in the form of Consumer complaints from another anti-scam site of abuse and threats made by AWD "reps".
They include threats of rape, and other terrorist type violence.
Wonder if  "AKA- "Ambrosia"- himself was doing that?  Maybe we'll find out. We have recordings for voice recognizing on most all of them.

After receiving a dozen or so calls from different #s I decided to call those 800#s of his and kept calling and asking for Chris. There was always an akward silence on the other end. After that the calls stopped for about a month and now the cell phone is starting. I have a list of #s from TX. NJ, OR and FL. Just wondering if they are behind it. I find it hard to believe that the Phone company can't find out who owns these #s or they just don't care. Hope the hammer drops soon! These people belong in jail.

Here's a partial list of other "companies" reported involved in the robo-calls. Again, the biggest culprit seems to be Client Services Inc. They seem to be the main one providing the robo-call equipment/call center services, etc. to the others.
    First U.S.A. Card Services, Inc
    American Debt Negotiators
    Pac-Tel or AKA Pacific-Tel
    Also "Air-Tel" has been reported

We usually don't bother with the "caller ID numbers". If they aren't highjacked ("Joe-jobbed") to begin with, they usually wont reveal the actual "company" name or location. If you can, keep a log of call dates & times. We've seen them change things in reaction to stuff we did. The importance in that was- that more than one made call time changes at the same time, connecting them together. We've found "company" names reported by folkes in different States, looked up their business fillings at their Sec of State websites. Sometimes there's a fee for documents, but usually you can see when they started, if they are active, & whether they are foreign or domestic business entities for free.
If a suspicious company has other "affiliate" companies that can't be found on much any legitimate business search, check Wiki-Corp. It's a good place to find hidden "shell companies". Google the names & #s to see what comes up. A mixture of foreign & domestic "companies", having some that can't be found with any sensible description about exactly what it does, in different States, same "people in charge"- is a RED FLAG!  AWD's "foreign for profit shell" is CAM Services LLC out of Carson City, Nevada. Print out some of their webpages and Sec of State info, & watch what they do. Some will even advertise their corrupt BS, until you expose it!  Don't be afraid of theses scum, or their corrupt corporate attorneys/agent of process. But don't go hog-wild!- there are legitimate businesses out there with similar names. Ask questions. Try to get somthing in writting. We have CSI admitting to calling!, and they don't start crying that they are "only a third party debt collector" until we begin to expose Financial Services Solutions LLC, & Red Leaf Capital LLC to the Consumer!  Ask your State AG office to contact them about calling your phone. If one of their "companies" suddenly goes "inactive", and web related stuff changes print it out and report it. WE are the American Consumer! WE are NOT clients of clients of cardmember scams!  WE can veiw public documents, ask questions, & make posts about fraudulent "companies", & and their "owners" to protect ourselves!
Also, if the "company" is a "foreign for profit business entity" the U.S. Secret Service has jurisdiction, not the FTC, at least at first, it seems. Report those to them, domestic to the FTC.

I too am a victem of this scam, irritating calls timed perfectly by them.

One time I tried "Oh praise the Lord, he had you call didn't he.  Every creditor in the area is after money that we a'int got.  The house is up for foreclosure. We have to keep movin' the cars so that they won't get reposssed."  Since an worker's requirement is that their IQ be less than 60 it took them a while to become frustrated that their responses on the card they were reading from did not seem to apply they  hung up.  Only to call again and again and again and again.

What this outfit is doing is illegal, why hasen't the Attorney General done anything about this?

I might try our local TV Station's "Call for Action"  hotine.

We can make "Donna" from Client Services Inc ("Rachel's-live operator)make the same stupid audible sound every time we ask the same stupid question! She's so stupid....havent heard from her, or AKA- Mr Davidson in a while. Maybe they finally figured out we are recording- making them sound stupid!

P.S. We constantly contact several AG offices about this..yet the scam continues....
