I was called & severely harassed by the so-called LLC Law Firm in New York 646-873-6094 ! These East Indian people called today basicity yelling at me about a loan from Advance America, telling me that I am in trouble & will go to jail for fraud if I don't pay them $730 immediately!  The names of the people who i spoke to where, Nick Stevens, Paul Simmons & a John Waydam! They also told me that he hope I had already had an attorney ready to go! So of course I'm freaking out at that point so I told them I had to call them back & I called Advance America & told them everything that had happened & I was informed that my load had been sold to a collection company not affiliated with this LLC Law Firm & I'm not ganna be going to jail for not paying my loan (which I will be now lol) Anyways, I decided to call them back & act like I wanted to pay them to get more information to give to Advance America & they refused to give me the whole name of the Law office or even the name of the lawyer that was ganna take me to court! In closing, Advance America told me that there has been complaints like this going around lately! So please, if anything happens to you, investigate it first because a real law office has to give you that basic information!

    My husband received a call from work stating they were sending an investigator down and they would let his employer know everything going on. As far as we know we don't owe Advaced anything. I poske with Michlle Jay and Mark White and told them they are harrasing us and if they were going to take my husband to court they wouldn't be calling numerous times and we would recieve something in the mail stating a court date. I asked them who we borrowed money from and they couldn't answer that. Well I would think if they were a real law office they would have that info. I called a lawyer who told me it is a complete scam.

    They also told me "Only God can help you now" I was so disgusted the number they are calling us from is 646-580-3094. When I pushed for more info I was hung up on so I called back and hung up on again. The call was very choppy.

    I just got off the phone with these people again for about the hundreth time. They keep calling and I keep ignoring them. If anyone knows how to truly stop them please let me know. I have contacted my attorney and the State Police.They call me at work and on my cell phone. I am not worried about it just very annoyed. I did call them back today and the minute I told the lady I called my attorney and police and told her she wouldn't be getting any money from me she hung up. I called right back but guess what no one answered. What a joke LLC Law office is, there really isn't a true one. I hope someone gets them to stop so they won't hurt innocent people.

    This has happen to me in more than one occasion, to me to the point they are harrassing. the person has strong indian accent. first the group were one law firm one name was steve brown, james wilkison then changed names and said officers, they changed law firms names too, I asked when are we going to court and are you representing yourself since you are a lawyer he didnt like that and hung up, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY IT IS A SCAM! They wont give you anything in writing they want your bank info, hello if they were real then you would have gotten a bill. If you ever applied for payday loan, one of the companies is giving your info to them. They will tell you owe for  Cash ???? numbers I have are 1 347 352 8139, 19163950000  and 1 206 279 6398 they have multiple numbers.

    My husband and I have received these same calls from a number 646-470-2457. Guy says his name is Charles Green, Kevin Smith, and then there is a girl also goes by the name kristin. I called them back since they like playing games on the phone. I posed as my husbands attorney and can u believe she asked for my Bar ID!!! Such Con artists!! Calling them back isn't all that productive but since they can't do anything about it, its pretty fun to aggravate them:)

    I received a call similiar a few years ago which freaked me out and I had a police officer at my desk at the time for a different reason.(coincidently)While on the phone since they called my job trying to state they were law inforcement, I told them I had the police in front of me and if I were doing something illegal he would deal with me!  They never called back again until now. Because, I was almost victim before and now I am aware of all types of scams, when I received the call I was quite smug and told them if they were law inforcement, they wouldn't be calling me from Sacramento, CA and Mr. John Smith, who had a very hard indian accent, would be knocking on my door. I said, I know this is a scam and if you contact me again, I will contact the police! They hung up the phone. I went online and looked up the information again and low and behold the numbers are again associated with SCAMS!

    I have received repeated calls from this company since 2010.  I'll venture to say they contacted me at work over 50 times in 2010!  I did get a loan from the company they claim to represent.  However, I have also consolidated all of my bills with a firm and this loan is a part of it.  For the first 10 times they called I explained to them who they'd have to talk to at the firm I had engaged.  After this, I stopped talking to them and hung up.  Yesterday they called again and "Charles Green" was on the phone.  Without knowing all the details about LLC - I had a feeling they were a scam and yesterday CERTAINLY proved it.  "Mr. Green" was the most rudest, obnoxious, bullying, pathetic person I've ever spoken with in my lifetime.  And I've been in the customer service field for over 25 years now.  He wouldn't let me speak and when I did try he copped an attitude about how he didn't like how I was addressing him.  He demanded to talk to the owner of my company and said that they would be receiving a lawsuit because they're employing a crminal - namely me.  I played the "round robin" game with this clod for nearly 30 minutes - I kept asking him to provide the details of his company. Eventually, after putting me on hold for nearly 15 minutes, he gave me the following:

    I was threatened with a lawsuit, arrest and a host of verbal insults from "Mr. Green" whom I doubt very much is located in the US at all.  While I understand LLC has a job to do - I cannot believe they are able to continue business with such horrible practices.  As consumers, we have rights as well.  Just because I've made a mistake on something doesn't mean I should be treated with such disrespect and contempt.  This company is pathetic and from here out I will no longer speak to them ever.  I am also sending a letter to the address given (and requesting a delivery receipt) stating that by law they cannot contact me via phone and the only contact they can have is via mail.  

    Wow is this all pathetic.

      It is a scam, not a legitimate law firm.  Look up your rights online.  They violate every one of the rules.  If they were truly in business, they would be looking at major fines.

    I have been contacted by these East Indian people and I filed a complaint with the consumer regulatory comission.  The calls stopped for a couple of months after I threatened legal action. Last week they called my office  and left this 646-470-0163.  The man had a strong accent and called himself "Justin". I called back to get the name of the so-called law firm. They would not give it to me, the guy just kept saying this is an LLC Law office.

    It's nothing but a scam. The calls are just bothersome.

    I just received a call from a Kevin Miller (with an east indian accent) from LLC Law Office in New York stating that I defaulted on a payday loan from Cash Partners of America (whom Ihave never heard of). He went on to say that I originally took out a loan in the amount of $259 and that me and my enployer would be served with papers to appear cour and that there were charges pending against me and would be executed tomorrow.

    1. I googeled both LLC Law firm and Cash Partners of America and there was no record of either.
    2. He could not give me an exact date of when the loan was requested and received.
    3. I requested the address of the law firm and all he would give me was the zip code and state( New York, 13024).

    I knew this was a scam as soon as I called him back and he said his name was Kevin Miller. The number I was given to call back was 518-289-3467.

    These people are low, preying on people like this ans scaring them with the threat of criminal charges. Please be aware and be careful.

    I just received the same phone call from a Mark Green stating he was with LLC and collecting on an unpaid payday loan. The scary thing is... I applied for one about a year ago and had even put my bank information in and my references before I backed out because of the interest charges. I never received any loan.  He knew my bank name, last four of SS, my address and references names. Just creepy. He was very rude and when I kept insisting I never borrowed any money he hung up on me. He says I owed $5484.00

    Crazy they can keep harass people like this.

    Got a call from a "Justin" at the New York number also. What freaked me out is the told me my address, dob and last 4 of social. I have never took out a payday loan before.

    I just received several calls from them as well. This is entirely a scam and I almost got suckered because I had a legitimate payday loan outstanding. The person who called me had an East Indian accent and said his name was Eric Miller.  The phone number he used was 724-201-9406.  

    What surprised me is how relentless and convincing he was.  I exchanged several calls with him, and each time I tried to dig deeper he would manufacturer bogus information.

    When I finally confronted him and threatened to track him down and put him in jail, he hung up the phone.

    DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE.

    wow reading all of this sounds just like my story. I do owe a check place for $300. but im in the process of paying all my debt. well they called me from 760-580-2094. they told me that i was being charged for writing a bad check, i will be facing criminal charges and i was going to jail. they said everything that they could to scare someone. I'm a mother of two never been in trouble before and i got scared. I cant leave my girls they are my world. I paid $380 because they told me that i needed to pay $780 some for late charges and it was either pay it or pay $5000 and go to jail when i go to court. I didn't know what to do well after talking to people they didnt have anyone there thats speaks english well. it also sounded like telemarketers so i know its fraud. Then they called me from a different number and said a different name they was from new york and i told them well let me get ahold of the fbi then i heard a click. this really upsets me. I bust my [***] and im paying debt of then i get this [***] thrown in my face but i will be pressing charges and i will take them to court.

    I receieved a threathening phone call on 3/2/2011 from LLC Law concernibg a pay day loan and said criminal charges would be filed against me. They knew all of my banking information, employer and contacts listed on loan. I will be tell this did scare me and I did pay them 150.00 and plus sent in a ID and I couldn't understand them too well either. I thought this may have been a scam but I was scared too. This is a dam sham I work too hard for this bull.

    I am having the same problem with a new your phone number 347-460-9751, saying that a warrant will be issued for my arrest.  Thick Indian accents and you can hear other people in the background it sounds like some huge warehouse.  They cannot even pronounce my name, yet they have American names!!!  I contacted an attorney and he said to ask them for the name and address of their company.  He said it is totally a scam and they are reprehensible people who are breaking laws big time.  We really need to stop this!!! I work hard and pay taxes and have filed numerous complaints with my state's Attorney General, the FTC, and the FBI, they know about it, but can't stop it!!!  They threaten me, use obscenities, call me at work, I mean really these people are terrorist!!!

    I JUST had the same thing happen to me today, I was freakin out, I never took any loans or anything but they told me my last 4 of soc. sec. #, address, full name, and email, and I denied everything, and the foreign guy said "okay you son of [***], I'll see you in court house"

    I have also received calls from these people.  I had one pay day loan a long time ago, and they seemed to be fishing for additional information.  They were rude, and I heard all the same statements already listed. They called repeatedly and even called me right back after I talked to them asking for a completely different person.  I played along to see what they would say, thinking I was someone else, and they told her the exact same thing.  This is obviously a scam, and they have obviously obtained information from somewhere.  Do not provide any further information to them.  And if I am served tomorrow at 11am, as they have promised.....I will be sure to let you know.
