I was called & severely harassed by the so-called LLC Law Firm in New York 646-873-6094 ! These East Indian people called today basicity yelling at me about a loan from Advance America, telling me that I am in trouble & will go to jail for fraud if I don't pay them $730 immediately!  The names of the people who i spoke to where, Nick Stevens, Paul Simmons & a John Waydam! They also told me that he hope I had already had an attorney ready to go! So of course I'm freaking out at that point so I told them I had to call them back & I called Advance America & told them everything that had happened & I was informed that my load had been sold to a collection company not affiliated with this LLC Law Firm & I'm not ganna be going to jail for not paying my loan (which I will be now lol) Anyways, I decided to call them back & act like I wanted to pay them to get more information to give to Advance America & they refused to give me the whole name of the Law office or even the name of the lawyer that was ganna take me to court! In closing, Advance America told me that there has been complaints like this going around lately! So please, if anything happens to you, investigate it first because a real law office has to give you that basic information!

    i called this phone number 352 350 1863 after thay call my phone number  stating that thay were from the state department and that their were investagating my ss number but they didn't have my right name or ss number but after looking up this phone number online and found this site and confirmed what my wife suspected becouse he could barelly speek english  she told me to call them and find out what the [***] is giong on with them in the message he said his name was mark taylor when i called him he did not answer with state department just hello after arguing for a few minutes he told me to [***] off and he'll [***] me from a distance not typical language you would here from the state department you think in conclusion i asked him if he suffered form multi-personality disorder so if any one gots a call from these people/person dont be schamed and mabey give hime a call and [***] hih from a distance

    i called that some number and used one of thair allises james scott and he asked for the last four digets of my phone number so i used 7422 a number i pulled out of my [***] and he came up with i owed $1000 dollars for a loan from bank of america of course i never took a loan from this bank my wife and i have very good credit and would never fall for schames like this after talking he got frusterated and said he would see me at the court house so i had to ask him when and ware he said calforina but the the number i called back is from gainsville florida ????? these guys cannot keep there lies straight "must be that multi personality disorder" i will call again tomarrow then ill wright beck and let you everyone about my next call people like this who prey on people with threats of being arrested or taken to court i dont feel bad about what im doing to them i acculaty feel pretty good about it its not hurting them but i know that they are frusterated with my calls so i will keep doing it

    He said is name is officer Bob Cooper!!!I've ignored all his calls ,but he leaves threaten voice-mails!!

    I keep getting calls from a Mark Taylor (sure). I filed wit the FTC and now how he is calling back and threatening to rape me and my family. I am going to keep complaining to the FTC each and every time I receive a call from any of these low life scammers. I would welcome a court battle with them. By the way the phone number 352-358-1863

    I dealt with this just today and it's exactly the same!!  Some guy with a think Middle Eastern accent claims I'm being sued for some amount (I've heard $725 and $825, they can't get their story right) and I have to go to court tomorrow to pay $5484 and I'm being brought up on Federal charges of money laundering, theft, any other charges they can think of.  When I asked for information such as the original loan amount, bank account the money went into, address of the law firm, they either won't give me the information or refuse to spell it or speak clearly!  I got scared at first but did a little research and now am feeling better since they seem to use the EXACT M.O. every time!  Idiots!

    I received the same type of call on 3 different occasions from the LLC Law Firm.  I did a reverse look up on the number they left on my voicemail and found out the # is out of NY.  

    They stated I owed a payday advance (which I never actually received) to Advance America in the amount of $300 which I could clear up today for $750.  If I didn't take action today, I would be sued for $5400 and would be served the next day.  They did have my personal info, but did not have my correct reference name or email address.  

    I told Carol Smith, Charles Green and Mark Smith (all with middle eastern accents) to go ahead and have me served the papers via the county sheriff so I would then have copies to inform the authories about the identity theft I obviously was experiencing.  Funny... the hung up on me.

    well let me tell you how I got rid of them
    I called and kept speaking spanish then I sang to them
    I did this about 20 times in a row  then
    they finally gave in and tell me they would call again
    try it and see what happens

    They called my at work.  I spoke with two different foreign speaking guys (India I think).  One was Christopher Phillips and the other Shane Adams from LLC Law Office in New York.  They said they represent CPA Cash Partners of America and that people were going to come pick me up and take me to court and they were going to contact my employeer that Federal charges were being filed against me.  They called twice at my house today 646-558-0072, and then while talking to them on the phone from work they gave me these numbers 561-287-3010 and 561-899-9595.  They had my last 4 SS digits, my email address, home address, home phone, work phone, and I believe the cell call I did not answer last night because the number was withheld was also from them.  I am checking into how to report all of this right now.  Stupid people. These kinds of people make it very hard to be nice.

    Just got a call from this number and a voicemail regarding some "great trouble" my friend is in. The friend they stated is not a friend but an ex sister in law. I have not spoke to her in over 2 yrs. How they got my number and married name I have not a clue. They asked that I have my friend call Officer Eric Cody the moment I speak to her. He is not easy to understand. Last time I checked Eric or Cody is not an Indian Name.

    I have been receiving calls from a company Weinberg,Grace & Associates, LLC out of Tonawando NY stating that if i didn't pay $2183.00 I would have 2 warrants out for my arrest for grand larceny and something else.  I have until Friday, June 17th to make a payment of $1,183.00 to have the whole thing settled.  Don't know what to do.  Any suggestions?

    I also got the same call and they use the same name. Don't give them any information. Just ask them to send you the proof. I bet you they won't have that. Just ignore them and tell them if they call back you Will call police  your self and you will give the police the number  they are calling from. I think They are using magic jack or some some kind of Internet phone service. They have it on only when they make call or waiting for a call from some one. There is another name they will use it's sam Parker.

    I had. A Jim Smith call me saying I need to call back  and if I did not something was going to happen to me. And at the end he said God bless. LOL 1-561-899-9595

    There is nothing you can do.I have turned them in but it dose not help. Next time they call act like you speak a different language and just keep talking they will hang up

    Don't give them any thing ask them to proof. Don't give them any of your information. It's a scam that is going on. I wish I can catch and I will............! You know what I mean.

    Just got a voicemail from "Chris Jones" saying that my name was given as a refrence by a friend of mine (they had her name).  Mr."Jones" claimed because I was a reference that it was my responibility to pass his name and number (561-899-9595) on to her and that it was time sensitive and a legal matter.  He ended it with "May God Bless You."  I was immediately suspicious when the caller ID on my cell phone only showed 011 which is why I let it go to VM.

    I'm receiving the very same calls from the same company,I've been told to call back a certain # and give the case # given by them to me.  I plan to
    totally ignor and/or report this to the AG office in my state, as harassment and scam, for sure!

    I just received a call from a "Alan Walters" saying that if I did not call back I was going to be in big trouble and he said God bless you when he hung up. I called back and told him I had no record of this and any loans I did have I paid back. I told him I was going to check my records and call him back after 5:00 today. I was a little scared at first but now that I know this is a scam (and I have actually been scamed like this a couple years agao) I am going to call him back and tell him that I know what he is up to and he can do whatever he wants to because he is and a**hole!!! Thanks for all your input.

    I have had all this happen to me several times from these people and more! I got a call from "Steven Jones" today at my place of business (a school/church!) However, not only did my supervisor (who was listening on speaker phone) and I have a grand time stringing this person along, "Steven" became so upset about our questions in return and our lack of information to be given "Steven" started slinging sexual insults and suggestions! He asked if my supervisor would like his d*ck in her mouth, and then proceeded to let us know he was gay... We had a field day with this "man"! He carried on for a good 10 minutes until it got a little boring. So to these people, don't give them anything and even have a little fun... they are not worth the worry they cause.
    Oh, and the number I was called on  is 516-833-3172
