The number is from a corporation [NRA] listed in the Pennsylvania State Dept. and in other State's Dept. web pages as a collection agency owned by JILL E. M. and STEVEN C. KUSIC and Shell S. Sharma their home address is: [removed]
These parasites have been in the business for a long time and they collect information and harass people at home or at work and they violate all the legal requirements for collection agencies. Beware they will call pretending to be someone else or some other company to get info. They are Jews without morals or principles.     sure u dont,,, some of these people dont owe money like me.  i just live in the same 2 family house as some deadbeat so they started sending me mail and trying to get me to pay for the old tenants cable bill,, And as far as slamming the whole race,,, NEWS FLASH Israels hate NY jews,  Jews hate Hasids ,,, Jews arent allowed to have pork yet i see them crafty shines eating sausage mcmuffins???? he they get what they deserve ,,, maybe the good ones can ban together and get rid of the bad ones,,,ahhh a perfect world

    Subject matter
    What's most important to know is whether they are fluent or proficient in Hebrew.  When they call, this is the most important piece of information to know to solve your problems with being harassed.  If they speak fluent Hebrew, don't answer the phone.  If they speak Hebrew proficiently, look at the phone but don't answer it. If they speak no Hebrew, after the phone rings don't answer it.  Some Jews speak Hebrew.  Some people who speak Hebrew are not Jews. Some Jews speak English.  Some English people speak French. That's why this is such a horrible problem.  If they call again or call your mother, if you speak Spanish or German and are Jewish, do not answer the phone. If you are an atheist like me, do not say hello or good morning or give them your credit card number.  Some Jews have credit cards.  The next thing you know, someone else who is a Jew but became a Christian and works with a Buddhist might call and offer you a TV set. There are channels that are always in Hebrew and targeted to Jewish audiences. Tell your attorney general's office. But know that Jews work in those offices and some attorney generals are Jewish. You should probably just answer the call and tell them it is extremely important they know whether you are or are not Jewish. Also tell them why. This is why Americans make the world jealous of our vast wealth and brilliance. So many shining examples such as telephone numbers that are owned by immigrants from Burkina Fasso who are agnostic.

    That explains a lot.

    For example, it clearly explains why so many Indians with thick accents are calling pretending to be "debt collectors".  If only they spoke Hebrew rather than bad English, they might have become nerds designing social networking sites.  If only we spoke bad French, maybe telemarketers would all become deaf, but since they never listen anyway, maybe they already are.

    I agree with your posting that this is a deceptive person or persons looking for someone to play thier game. The caller believes  that Braford is thier cover for thier scheme. Claiming to be collectors of the innocent.

    Hey, Terminator, you're a racist pig. This is a collection agency, and I simply ignore them. My phone has caller ID and I never take calls from 800 numbers or blocked numbers. If they really want to talk to me, they can leave a message and I'll decide from there. Your implication that these people as individuals should be "terminated" (isn't that code for "killed?") and linking to their pictures and personal info is just plain rotten. They're people trying to make a living, not street robbers with guns. Grow up and get a frikkin' life, why don't you?

    I'm wondering if Subject matter is psychotic.  S.m.'s post from 12/31/2010 makes no sense to me even after repeated reading.  Maybe it's some kind of humor which flies high over my simplistic understanding.  

    Terminator said that these collection agents are Jews who lack morals.  I don't know whether or not to be offended; if the implication is that there are other Jews who do have morals, then there's no problem because there are   honest and dishonest people in any religion.  Since that is the case, however, then I don't see how it really matters if they're Jewish or not.  

    As for Marine1, yes this is America where jerks like him are free to dislike Jews.  However, it works both ways.  As an American (and it doesn't really matter to me in this context that I happen to be Jewish), I am free to point out that M1 is a Jew-hating @$$.

    Religion is really a "red herring" here.

    The company is showing a pattern of complaints consistent with deceptive and fraudulent collection of (possibly also fraudulent) Columbia House/BMG "debts" from people who do not owe them, through gaming the credit reporting system.  

    Several other debt collectors working the same types of suspect "debts" are showing the same complaint patterns, including NCS, which settled with the Montana AG over the same issue related to old accounts from bankrupt Hollywood Video, and may be under investigation by the Kansas AG.

    The debt collectors doing this apparently have learned what they can get away with, and are willing to employ deceptive talk-offs, "mistaken" erroneous credit reporting, and deceptive "validation" in an attempt to coerce unowed payments of only a few hundred dollars, even as they are harassing and negligently damaging the credit of thousands of consumers.

    This is what passes for "business as usual" in the debt collection industry.

    I got a call from this number this past week.
    A young woman asked me to identify myself.
    I asked her to first identify what her company's full name was and what it did.
    She argued with me, and called me rude.
    I hung up on her.

    All that being said, the religion of the owners of this company bear no relevance to anything.
    Saying their religion implies, in this context, that somehow that is a factor.

      It is a violation of FDCPA for a debt collector to refuse to, or deceptively, identify themselves when requested.

    I get these calls every day and the recored message say we are looking for so and so if that person needs to come to the phone please press 1, If that
    person is not there please press 2, and then if we have the wrong # press 3
    and they hang up..  Over and Over and Over all day.

    File complaints for phone harassment with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the PA Attorney General.

    If the harassment doesn't stop, contact a consumer attorney.  You might try www.naca.net
