My card was used unauthorized on 30.05.2017 by someone with the help of Axis bank because I have not received any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud. on this web page most of the complainant is with regard to Axis Bank only. My Fraud Amount is Rs. 208000/- this amount transferred to Merchant name like Google Services, Google Octro Inc & Google Moonfrog labs.
I hereby request to kindly revert the all amount which was transacted by fraud person.

I have contacted google and my bank and raised a compliant for it. I have not got any update yet.
If anyone was able to get money back, please help me with process.

Explained them the unauthorised transactions, provided them the details.
Now, I received the message saying this transaction is immediately cancelled. It is said that I would receive the amount back in 3-5 business days based on the banking process.
Before making a call, get your card immediately blocked.
Thanks Sanjeev for the above post. It really helped me to proceed ahead in this stage.
When the fraudulent transaction was happen, then they will come and let us know the rules and regulations. when asked why i didn't received OTP, they mentioned that International transactions doesn't require any OTP.
When asked to stop this payment to the Merchange, they confirmed that it is not possible to hold those transactions. When asked to raise a dispute they mention that once the amount got transferred to the merchant then only they can raise an dispute. We all know what will happen if once the Money goes from our CreditCard. It is a Open Secret.They always will have an answer for any question we ask and will never let us know why the basic things are not in place like not receiving the OTP
What i can say is
These credit cards are real headache, we all will have our own burdens CreditCard is one additional Burden for us. When the Executives approach us they will say that our CreditCard is completely Fraud proof but when a real fraud happens the concern team will be in sleep mode with no help and will show least Courtesy against our hardearned money
this happened to me on 31st of july via 5 transactions of 11580/- each.
immediately called up CITI customer service and blocked the card
hope citi bank finds who is behind it and expect them to reverse these transactions.
