My card was used unauthorized on 30.05.2017 by someone with the help of Axis bank because I have not received any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud. on this web page most of the complainant is with regard to Axis Bank only. My Fraud Amount is Rs. 208000/- this amount transferred to Merchant name like Google Services, Google Octro Inc & Google Moonfrog labs.

I hereby request to kindly revert the all amount which was transacted by fraud person.

    Someone used my credit card unauthorised on 15.07.17 with the help of Citibank, I did not received any OTP from Citibank side I have received seven transaction messages in my registered mobile number. My Fraud Amount is Rs. 35,561.80 this Amount transferred to Merchant name like Google Services & Google Moonfrog labs.
    Guys please help me I do not have any idea, what I DO?

    I am victim of this fraud. Someone did unauthorized transactions from my CITI bank credit card on 20th July 2017. I did not receive OTP but 4 transactions were made and amount of INR 23750 has been transferred to Merchant name like Google Services & Google Moonfrog labs.

    I have contacted google and my bank and raised a compliant for it. I have not got any update yet.

    If anyone was able to get money back, please help me with process.

      Hi I lost Rs.11800/- in a similar manner from Google Moon frog labs from my Citi credit card. I contacted Google through Google Play Store by going in Settings - Help & Feedback - Call Back. Got a call back from US number immediately as said in one of the above posts.
      Explained them the unauthorised transactions, provided them the details.
      Now, I received the message saying this transaction is immediately cancelled. It is said that I would receive the amount back in 3-5 business days based on the banking process.
      Before making a call, get your card immediately blocked.
      Thanks Sanjeev for the above post. It really helped me to proceed ahead in this stage.

        After how many days u reported to google about this fraud transaction and within how much time after complaining to google did u received the messages that transaction is cancelled ??

        I also faced same issue at Google moon frog lab today for RS 11,800. I am trying to sort out the problem with Google and bank. Thanks for Sharing your experience, it is a great help.

    Same thing happened to me, this time Citi bank, 4 times money got deducted, total around 43000 was transacted. Last one is 26000/-.

      I'm getting a lawyer this is a scam...a very big one...screen shot these pages in case they try to take them off ..we need to get a class action suit

    I too have been fraudulently  charged by Moonfrog Labs for an amount of Rs 11800 on 25 July. Citibank claims that there are no complaints from other customers but they still went ahead and blocked the card. This is obviously a serious leakage of debit and credit card numbers.

    Same was the Issue with me, around Rs 59000 got debited from my account, I neither received OTP nor i made any such transaction. I have followed both the methods 1) approaching CitiBank via phone and email 2) Approached Google  via email and send feedback from playstore settings. There was no response from any of them.

    When the fraudulent transaction was happen, then they will come and let us know the rules and regulations. when asked why i didn't received OTP, they mentioned that International transactions doesn't require any OTP.
    When asked to stop this payment to the Merchange, they confirmed that it is not possible to hold those transactions. When asked to raise a dispute they mention that once the amount got transferred to the merchant then only they can raise an dispute. We all know what will happen if once the Money goes from our CreditCard. It is a Open Secret.They always will have an answer for any question we ask and will never let us know why the basic things are not in place like not receiving the OTP

    What i can say is
    These credit cards are real headache, we all will have our own burdens CreditCard is one additional Burden for us. When the Executives approach us they will say that our CreditCard is completely  Fraud proof but when a real fraud happens the concern team will be in sleep mode with no help and will show least Courtesy against our hardearned money

    I also lost Rs.57000/- on 25th Jul 2017. Raised the dispute with CITIBANK. Investigation is on.Meanwhile, they have reversed the charges.

    i am also victim of these fraud transactions happened on my citi credit card.
    this happened to me on 31st of july via 5 transactions of 11580/- each.
    immediately called up CITI customer service and blocked the card
    hope citi bank finds who is behind it and expect them to reverse these transactions.

      CITI confirmed they are seeing multiple complaints regarding same kind of transactions. they are giving temporary credit for the equivalent amount till the dispute is resolved.

    Today, 11,800 rupees transaction was done for google moonfrong * services, without my knowledge, even though i always use OTP..I contacted CITI Bank and they have raised a dispute.  I am worried, whether to lodge a police complaint with Cyber crime branch or it will be sorted out???
