My card was used unauthorized on 30.05.2017 by someone with the help of Axis bank because I have not received any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud. on this web page most of the complainant is with regard to Axis Bank only. My Fraud Amount is Rs. 208000/- this amount transferred to Merchant name like Google Services, Google Octro Inc & Google Moonfrog labs.

I hereby request to kindly revert the all amount which was transacted by fraud person.

    Yesterday my citi cc also debited around 10 times some AMount is in INR and some in USD  this is a total hit of 55k, that is very shocking to me ,immediately i called up customer care and blocked my card and they said this is a fraud and soon i ll get all my amount reversed ....but the question remain same from where they get our card details and how they used it ....

      Same here for rs.11800 on cuti bank. By just logging in to railwire how is this possible.

    Even I lost 11800. We all should raise the complaint against fraud. I tried calling Google play store and wrote email to refund money. Called cities bank and fought for data breech on my bank account. Waiting for refund still

    Same thing happened to me and money got debited from my Citi Bank credit card thru moonfrog labs for around 16800 rupees

    what is the common thing among us? where is our card details are stored that might be in the wrong hands now?

    It happened to me today withi my Citi bank credit  card. Google services transactions started with 50 rupees and ended up in 11800/- . Immediately.i called and blocked my card.
    Why these incidents still persist even after so many registered cases.
    With so many complaints about the Google services moonfrog, they should have been blacklisted. Why it has not happened so is a question to answer.

    today I also got charges 11800 * 3 times within 30 min. I have done today 2 transaction in bangalore.
    if all victim from bangalore?

    I too got charged 5900inr and 11800inr on my credit card.  My card statement shows this as Google moon frog labs. I requested call back on playstore and got a call back immediately.  However they were not able to find the transaction and asked me to talk to my bank.

    I also faced the same issue. My citibank catd has been used twice for 11800/ each.dont know how to get the money reversed

    I had the same issue with two different fraud transactions without my involvement on my CITI DEBIT CARD

    There are THREE FRAUD TRANSACTIONS

    ONE-- PURCHASE SUBJECT: MCUPOS 12AUG0414 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx TPS*FX MART PVT LTD MUMBAI Ref: xxxxx 399.00

    TWO -- PURCHASE SUBJECT: MCUPOS 14AUG0932 XXXX GOOGLE *Moonfrog Labs g.co/he Ref: xxxx11,800.00

    THREE -- PURCHASE SUBJECT: MCUPOS 14AUG0921 Card no.: XXX 14AUG GOOGLE *SERVICES g.co/he Ref: XXX 50.00

    is there any one who can answer on this

    DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK?

    if YES

    from bank or from MOONFROG and what will be the aprx date ????

    Hi friends, same thing happened to me on 14-Aug-2017 on my CitiBank debit card. I did not receive any OTP from Citibank. There are 12 transactions happened with in 10 secs. Amount transferred to Merchant name like Google Services & Google Moonfrog labs.
    Guys please help me , what is the process to return money back ?
