My card was used unauthorized on 30.05.2017 by someone with the help of Axis bank because I have not received any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud. on this web page most of the complainant is with regard to Axis Bank only. My Fraud Amount is Rs. 208000/- this amount transferred to Merchant name like Google Services, Google Octro Inc & Google Moonfrog labs.

I hereby request to kindly revert the all amount which was transacted by fraud person.

    My CITIBANK CC was used unauthorized on 17.09.2017 by someone with the help of Axis bank because I have not received any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud. The fraud Amount is transferred to Merchant name like Google Services, Google Octro Inc & Google Moonfrog labs.

    Someone used my debit card unauthoried on 26.09.2017 with the help of SBI bank I did notreceived aney OTP from SBI bankside i have recrived countinew 39 transation message in my registered mobile no my froud amount is 32705=00 this amount transgerd to GOOGLE * Moonfrog labs& merchant name  Guys please help me

    39 Unauthorized transations were sxecuted within a span of one minute without any OTP password Transation site was GOOGLE *Moonfrog labs I lost Rs.32705=00 dated 26/09/2017. My card last four digit no xx8984 . I made a mrihal police station complaint Refrecence No : LPT 231/1 dated 27/09/2017 I Request GOOGLE Moonfrog labs to Cancle Unauthorized transaction.

    39 unauthorized transactions were executed withen a span of one minutes Without any OTP password Transaction site was GOOLE *Moonfrog labs I lost Rs 32705=00 Transation Date 26/09/2017. My card last no four digit is xx8984 I made a Karnataka police complant no LPT 231/17.

    Today I got a message from SBI by 12.05 pm without receiving any OTP  Rs.17,700 drown from my SB account (Rs.50 & Rs 5900.00 x 3 Times Total Amt 17,700) as purchased POS at Google Octro Inc.Immediately I called to SBI cust care & blocked the card. I wrote a letter to SBI Branch manager to investigate.

    I am a victim of fruad transaction .today from 6pm to 7pm total 8300rs amount withdrawn without any otp and any pin. Even I block the ATM card immediately but after this three times worthof 130rs transaction occurred.I can't understand what this happened .

    hi team, it happened to me as well today Unauthorized and someone using my card and done the transaction of 7900 from google octro inc fx Rates etc. which is really shame on our banking fraud system and Kindly take action on the same. regards Kiran

    Someone did unauthorised transaction from my sbi account 31560622150 on 5/1/18 with card ******2025 at3:01am to 6:30am  without  opt at GOOGLE Octro Inc. and stole 33000 rupees. Plz return my money

    All whose money has been deducted at the name of Google Octro Inc can send a request for the refund of unauthorised transaction.  today I am very happy to tell you that my refund has been credited today. I salute Google and it's support team. Google is better than police. Police could not refund my hardship money 33600 while Google refunded all money. Thank you Google a lot
