My card was used unauthorized on 30.05.2017 by someone with the help of Axis bank because I have not received any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud. on this web page most of the complainant is with regard to Axis Bank only. My Fraud Amount is Rs. 208000/- this amount transferred to Merchant name like Google Services, Google Octro Inc & Google Moonfrog labs.

I hereby request to kindly revert the all amount which was transacted by fraud person.

    Latest victim of moonfrog labs... Yesterday there was a debit of 11800 in my sbi debit card without my knowledge and the card was safe with me... Wat the hell. I rang up sbi helpline and blocked card. They asked me to wait for two days for reversal. Otherwise asked me to lodge complaint... How the money got transferred without otp and without any confirmation... The sbi people say some reason.. This is fraud... Don't  take any card.. Block all the card everyone otherwise digital india will ruin you...

    Same situation happened to me but the most disastrous and disappointing situation was that i was not able to block my debit card with sni helpline b cos they had technical problems at that same time when my money from debit card was getting fraudly debited for 11800 by MOonfrog labs.. It was after three hours i could block my sbi
    card debit.. What a great sbi 24*7 helpline.. From 2.45pm to 6.30pm.i blocked my card  at 7.30pm...thanks to moonfrog labs b cos he stopped with 11800... At that instant on 5/02/2018

    Thank you google and moonfrog labs for deducting 11800 FRAUDLY from SBI debit card.. On 05/02/2018 at 2.40pm... Happy to know how secure is our SBI... No otp and no confirmation.... Whom to blame... Anyway lost 11800 a hardearned money... Thank you all... Great workdone by google, moon froglabs  and sbi.. 9884870747

    Some one done the transaction from my sbi account...even i didn't get any otp also.. Google moonfrog labs..named like this for transaction..so please anyone help me out from this...

    I have gone through similar problem 16 transaction has been done by my credit card on 18/3/2018. And amount transferred to merchant names : Google moon frog labs,Google miniclip,Google services.

    My card was used unauthorized on 0204.2018 by someone with the help of SBI because I have not received any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud. My Fraud Amount is Rs. 2000/- this amount transferred to Merchant name like Google Services, Google Moonfrog labs.

    I hereby request to kindly revert the all amount which was transacted by fraud person.

    Someone has done transaction of amount 12980Rs on my credit card on 15/04/2018. This transaction is done at Google moonfrogs lab. Please help me in this issue.

    OMG I have also faced thr same issue. Money kept on deducting with 1 USD so an upto some 20 transactions with the transaction name of Google*services, Google moonfrog labs, how can a transaction happen without OTP. I have contacted customer care and they are saying me to lodge a Police complaint.

My Fraud Amount is Rs. 13500 this amount transferred to Merchant name like Google Services, Google Octro Inc & Google Moonfrog labs.
