To Whom It May Concern
Since April,2008 I've been sending a lot's of complaints concerning Unlawfull Repo.     The Mission Federal Credit Union send some agent to repo the (2000 Chevy Cavalier) on the grounds that they did not received any payments since January of 2008, Feb, and March of 2008.   I told them to check with the bank because I have 2 receipts one in feb,10.08 for 2 payments and another one in april 2008 also payment of 2 monthd.   they stated that I am lying and who come it did not show payment on their records.   Now I have a collecting agency demanding a payment of ($4,797,59) the contract of the car was for 5 years since Feb,2006 every month was paid until they repo the car From April08 I did not make any payment (I don;t have the car)
If you can't help me with this issue, please direct me to the righ place who can help me??

    I hope I get help from somebody please, the collecting agency threatning to go to court and try to collect what ever assists I have, which I don't have much.

    I had the same issue with MCT.... they insulted me calling me a little girl, told me to find a job, and told me i was a pathetic loser.

    I also have an issue with MCT Group and need help. I received a loan from North Island Financial in 2002 in the amount of $7953.58. I lost my job and had my Ford Explorere as collateral. It was repossed and sold and no one has told me if the money from the truck was deducted from my balance. I ended up with a balance of $5504 left to pay. Next thing I know, MCT is calling my new job and sending garnishment papers to my job. They want $10,000. Is this legal or even right? When I spoke with them, they accused me of being a thief and other not so nice things.

    I am also dealing with these bunch of bullies  his name is Jason Russell!
    calls my job after being told not to harrass me at work also on my cell phone and is sending letters to my job instead of to my home address.
    This man is a real smart ass!  Tells me "Lady I know where you live!"
    Is that a threat? same here im a dead beat n dont pay my bills !
    I'm going thru chemo rite now and paying out of my pocket, I need them to work with me and this jack-[***] acts like he's paying my bills!

    THIS IS THE CASE THEY CANT TAKE ANYTHING FROM YOU AND THEY CANNOT TAKE YOU TO COURT AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT SERVE YOU IN PERSON AT YOUR HOME ADDRESS OR WORK SO IF THEY WANT THAT INFO TELL THEM TO KICK ROCKS AND AS FAR AS GETTING THEM TO LAY OFF YOU LOOK UP THE LAWS BECAUSE THEIR IS A THIN LINE THAT THEY CANNOT CROSS AND THEY CROSSED IT WITH MY FRIEND AND IF YOU CONTINUE TO HAVE THEM CALLING YOU AND YOUR RELATIVES THAN YOU SHOULD CALL THE DISTRICK ATTOURNEYS OFFICE AND THEY WILL LAUNCH AN INVESTIGATION AND IF THEY HAVE ENOUGH COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM THAN THEY WILL GET THEIR LICENSE TAKEN AWAY AND LOOK UP THE FDCA LAW ONLINE IT WILL SHOW YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ON HOW TO GET THEM

      Mct was able to get a judgement against us and never served us so be careful what you tell people.  They transposed our zip code and decided it wasn't a valid address so we didn't get served.  We tried to fight the judgement in court and we lost even though we could prove they had our wrong address.
      They don't have to actually serve you they just have to at least pretend they tried

    ALSO IF YOU TELL THEM TO NOT CONTACT YOU AT WORK BY LAW THEY CANNOT AND IF THEY DO GET RECORD OF IT AND KEEP IT ON FILE.  I AM IN THE SAME BUSINESS AS THEM BUT MY COMPANY DOES NOT DO BUSINESS AS RUDE AS THESE PEOPLE ALSO IF YOU SEND THEM A LETTER STATING THAT YOU DONT WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY THEM ANYMORE THAN THEY CANT BUT CHECK OUT THE LAW CALLED FDCA

    I have the same issue with MCT and Jason Russell is handling my case.  Initially I pay my car loan thru credit union but unfortunately I cannot pay it anymore so I decided to return the car now I have to pay the balance of $15K.  I received a call from Jason Russell from MCT Inc demanding a payment I told him the reason I returned the car is I cannot pay it anymore. He is negotiating that I can pay the $10k to settle the debt and he even suggest to withdraw my 401k.  I cannot believe that he even suggest that what a guy! He threaten to tell me that they will garnish my paycheck.  I've been receiving letters from MCT weekly demanding the payments, the latest letter that I received today seems like a threat that he even have Jason Russell signature on it demanding to pay or else they will garnish my paycheck and I will be responsible for their attorney fees and all.  I checked my credit report and the credit union already reported it to the credit agency and has a negative indicating a repossession.  When I spoke to Jason Russell initially he mentioned that it's not going to go to credit agency if I will pay them.  He is such a liar! I am going to check the law called FDCA see if I can find something about this issue.  At least I feel a little better now that I am not the only one who have the same issue with MCT and their rep Jason Russell.

    I agree with everyone here. I have a friend that truck was totaled out in an accident but before that it went as a write off for 21thousand and some change but then the same guy sent a letter to his place. Saying he needed to work something out and what was even more funny is that the insurance paid close to 11000 towards it and he still said it was the same amount somethin with interest. And the shady lawyer they used were able to get a lien on his account even though he was never served with any papers. This is completely wrong and also a messed up way to treat military personel as well. If any one has any information on how to get this reversed drop a response back. Cause these people are wrong to screw other people over for things out of there control.

    OMG...I'm so glad I decided to go on-line to research if anyone else had trouble with MCT and JASON RUSSELL.  He is rude and definitely an ass-hole. Jason called me this morning (with an attitude of course) asking for my payment which I responded, "Oh my goodness I totally forgot, I will send it out today". He responded, "Yeh, send it out today because you're already a week late...then had the nerve to hang up.  No "THANK YOU", GOOD BYES, NOTHING! This is not the first time he was rude because 2 weeks ago I called Jason to ask him about a conversation he had with my husband. Do you know he had the nerve to say..."I guess you and your husband no communicate in the household, so you need to ask your husband. After hanging up on me this morning I called back & kindly ask him when he calls please don't be rude.  And he went balistic and started hollering & told me he was coming to my house to collect & he closed my account. I already contacted a lawyer. I'm already stressed of being unemployed for almost 2 years, I don't need a collector stressing me out further. Please advise what more to do.  I don't feel I should send my payment not knowing what he will do because has anyone noticed on the bill they send it doesn't state the payments you made. But, I sent money orders & keep all my receipts just in case.  Also, when I asked Jason to speak to his superior he ignored me & started laughing and I heard other's in the background laughing as well.  I know my blood pressure is up & I want to cry so bad because I'm so mad and feel so humiliated.  He also called me a "Mumbo" which I don't know what that means but in any case in his profession name calling and harrassment is  uncalled for. After reading other complaints about Jason Russell something has to be done...lawsuit something.  He needs to be taught a lesson.

    Thank you so much for your advice.  But, please read my recent issue with Jason Russell from MCT and please advise.  I see that someone went to court already with MCT in 2007. I understand there's a new law that collector's can not erase or threaten clients but I guess MCT think they can override the laws because these people are just rude...ALL OF THEM that work there. They don't care about name calling and threats and when I asked to speak to his superior...that was ignored.  How can I find out who the President of this company...I tried and no luck.

        No that's fake too, the real owner is a group of collections attorneys that makes money suing people.  It's shell game but they will use the appearance attorneys to show up on their behalf at court and fight you, bringing lots of documents.

    I'm gonna play devil's advocate here...but if you have bills that have gotten to the point of going to collections, after the bank or whoever already tried to get you to pay it...and you're still late on payments and have to have someone call you to make sure you put something in the mail?  the opportunity for customer service and politeness is kind of lost, because that's just being irresponsible.  just pay your bills on time, one less thing to worry about.

    MCT sucks
    I've had the same problem with MCT Group Inc. and Jason Russell for the last several years. I've been making a payment of $100. a month for several months. Then they(their Attorney)took me to court in March,of 2009. Which thier located in Beverly Hills California. Hmmmmmmmm, not surprized. To increase my monthly paymnets to $150.00 month in a court agreement. Of course, this guy didn't have the gutts to appear in Court...hahahaha,Coward! This guy has been rude to my wife and I over the telephone on many occasions. Such as, stating: "I guess your wife where the pants in the family". I dont know how this guy sleeps at night. What a complete JERK!!!
     In addition, this MORON continues to harrass me and my family while im on deployment serving my country. Something has to be done about this company poor treatment of its customers. We show be treated with the respect and courtesy fairly form these so called business. If anyone is interested in filing a law suit against them  for similar reason. Harrassment, emotional detress, please do not hessitate to post there comments here. We're going to get a pettion started agianst Jason Russell.
