I'm job hunting... everytime my cell phone rings and I see a number with area code on it I get excited... decided to query the internet as to who is calling me... 877-671-1851... saw all these wonderfully positive postings... alas no job query... just more cell phone garbage... guess my efforts with the no call list are to no avail.. think this is bad... I was on Sprint's Military Plan... we were overseas for three years... supposed to keep my account in limbo until we moved back to the States... there are not supposed to be charges, but was taxed via New York State... kept having to call Sprint to have numerous charges and bills reversed... Sprint just doesn't get it...
Will leave Sprint when contract runs out... do you hear that Mr. Sprint CEO ?

At times when you call in for a service or have any type of Questions regarding your Phone, wireless, or problems. They call you a few days later, To see how they did in resoulving your issue. I've Never had them call me unless something like this has happened, and if I have ever answered the Phone they haven't ever tryed to sale anything to me! For real they are trying to make sure you stay a happy customer with them!! And me I'm satisfied I like sprint they haven't ever done me wrong and have always been there when I have needed them!! Just wish they would get more towers and better service in areas of need.

I just got one of these calls. I have had them before and, like today, have not answered the phone. There, is of course, never any voicemail so either it is a scam or it's Sprint trying to sell me something. Now coincidentally I also received an email just a day or two ago from Sprint asking me how they handled a previous inquiry (that I also sent by email); this seems to reaffirm the statement earlier that Sprint communicates largely via email and text. I'm also on the DO NOT CALL lists (both state and federal), but I think that legislation doesn't apply to businesses you freely do business with - now before everyone gets their panties in a knot - I believe that the DO NOT CALL lists were meant largely to prevent UNSOLICITED TELEMARKETING calls versus those that originate from company that you present purchase services from. After all, they already have your information. That said, however, I do believe you can request that these calls NOT happen, and from my experience most companies are only willing to oblige such requests when they are asked to do so nicely and with courtesy. Telling them to F*CK off is certainly not going to establish a good foundation for a good outcome. Just a thought.
