I had never heard of WC *BUDGET SAVERS MNTH until it showed up as an automatic withdrawel from my account.  As bad timing would have it, I became preoccupied with family illness and subsequent funeral.  When I again found the time and energy to address this problem, I found out it's a company I NEVER heard of and they say I authorized it.  I NEVER authorize automatic withdrawels and I don't even use coupons, why would I request the services of a coupon clipping website?  I am reporting this to our local police for fraud and theft and any other agency I can locate.  I believe this may have been triggered by an internet purchase I made for "Aquabulbs" who, by the way, also ripped me off.
WC *BUDGET SAVERS MNTH broke into my account and stole 19.99 from me for 9 months.

These sorts of scam "membership clubs often get their billing information from customers purchasing products "advertised on TV".

Somewhere there may be "fine print", maybe on another webpage, in a fast spoke script only referring to a "free trial" if you called the order in, or on some vague insert in the shipment.  You were never intended to actually know what they are now claiming you "agreed" to, and they will probably string you along with "we hill investigate it", or "we have to send you a form", or "it will take 6 to 8 weeks for a refund", anything to delay your disputing the charge with your bank in tome to invoke your FRG Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

If they can hold you off 60 days, your bank will generally ignore your dispute, and the charges are too small to be worth suing over.

I don't know if I'm too late for you (or if someone has already helped you), but call the number that was on your statement for them (an 800-number) and they will remove you and refund your money (eventually). The two 800 numbers i've seen for them is 800-916-113 or 800-475-1942. Hope this helps!

Call them.  Their number is 800 6696975.  Request a C/A form.  They will send you a form to request another form.  Fill that out and send it to them.  Their address is PO Box 658 Hopkins MN 55343-0658.  Call your attorney general and copy everything you send to WC.  They also go by the names of Provell and Value Plus.  This is a rip off scam. You tell them on your second form that you want them to stop debiting your account immediately, that you never signed up for this membership.  When you call they will continually try to flop you over to a Supervisor, then a district supervisor etc. etc. etc.  Just ask for the C/A which is consumer Affairs.  I'm going to my attorney general with this and to the attorney general in MN.  Keep at it and it will stop and you will get your money back.

Just to be clear. The Consumer Affairs form is addressed to the same scam company. Not the actual Consumer Affairs that works to protect consumers. Some people might think their dispute was reviewed and denied by the actual Consumer Affairs and give up on trying to get a refund. These scammers think they are being so above board "our phone number Is on your statement....we made it easy for you to call to question it"....so honest.
