I had never heard of WC *BUDGET SAVERS MNTH until it showed up as an automatic withdrawel from my account.  As bad timing would have it, I became preoccupied with family illness and subsequent funeral.  When I again found the time and energy to address this problem, I found out it's a company I NEVER heard of and they say I authorized it.  I NEVER authorize automatic withdrawels and I don't even use coupons, why would I request the services of a coupon clipping website?  I am reporting this to our local police for fraud and theft and any other agency I can locate.  I believe this may have been triggered by an internet purchase I made for "Aquabulbs" who, by the way, also ripped me off.
WC *BUDGET SAVERS MNTH broke into my account and stole 19.99 from me for 9 months.

It seems scammers are hard at work. Somehow they got me on to three memberships. WC Budget Savers, MVQ Best Benefits and Privacy Matters 123. The last one is ironic since obviously there is no privacy when scum like these can do this and get away with it. A total of over $100 for nothing. Thanks to the numbers some of you provided, hopefully memberships have indeed been canceled. Already contacted my bank and filled a claim and block. Good Luck.  Privacy matters 888-239-0316

Thank you for this number.  It is very quick & they provided a cancellation # for me.  I ordered something online, and they automatically shared my account info with this company!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE #. I too got billed a $1.00 temp chg before the "program" kicks in which I want no part of. They DO know exactly who you are when you call as someone else noted. They supposedly cancelled it (better had!) immediately and gave me a confirmation # upon asking. This got billed to be I believe for making an internet purchase from the "As Seen On TV" website.

I just found a charge on my bank account for #29.95 for Best benefits plus a $24.95 from Budget save!! Don't know how long this has gone on, haven't checked my account for a while. I will do some serious checking now, though. Luckily my bank statement has the phone number of these companies listed with the charges.

I do order online quite a bit, but never to a unsolicited phone call, not sure how they scammed me. Pisses me off that we can be scammed like this and not have legal recourse. Maybe an attorney would do a class action law suit?

I ordered a Swivel Sweeper  that I saw demonstrated on TV.  It is great -- however, I am being charged now by MVQ*BEST BENEFITS ($29.95) and by PRO*BUDGET SAVERS MTHLY ($24.95) FOR "Merchandise" per month on my Discover Card!
From the complaints I have viewed, it has been going on since September, 2009, if not longer.
It sounds as if it is not wise to try to call these numbers, since at least one complaint included remarks about getting additional charges after his/her phone call.
I am calling Discover Card tomorrow to get these charges removed.

CAN'T THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES UPROOT THESE SCUMBAGS???

The above info is dead on. I purchased an "as seen on TV" product which I have no complaints about. About a week later I got a "Thank you for buying this product. As a thankyou gift we're sending you a free trial of the..." call. I repeatedly told the person on the phone that I did NOT want the service, trial or gift. Try as they did, I stood my ground and said no about 4 more times then had to hang up on the guy. As I happen to watch my account carefuly I noticed that they had started billing me! RRR!!! So I started looking aroud, called the 1800-475-1942 number and within seconds had the account cancled and the charges reversed. The speed and ease at which the account was terminated and my money returned simply supports my thinking that this is a scam. Oh, and by the way, I never received any membership card, package, welcome letter or anything!

I received a phone call from a telemarketer offering me coupon books that would give me lots of gas and grocery store vouchers from a club called Budget Savers.  I had absolutely no idea that when I agreed to accept the coupons in the mail that my account had been accessed by this company and I started seeing charges pop up on my checking account that I had never authorized.  Another company that Budget Savers is working with began to make charges for a monthly membership to Health Allies, Inc.  Of course seeing that I had been scammed somehow, I took the appropriate steps to get these predators out of my finances.  My advice to anyone who is dealing with these unauthorized charges is to first cancel your check card
