I had never heard of WC *BUDGET SAVERS MNTH until it showed up as an automatic withdrawel from my account.  As bad timing would have it, I became preoccupied with family illness and subsequent funeral.  When I again found the time and energy to address this problem, I found out it's a company I NEVER heard of and they say I authorized it.  I NEVER authorize automatic withdrawels and I don't even use coupons, why would I request the services of a coupon clipping website?  I am reporting this to our local police for fraud and theft and any other agency I can locate.  I believe this may have been triggered by an internet purchase I made for "Aquabulbs" who, by the way, also ripped me off.
WC *BUDGET SAVERS MNTH broke into my account and stole 19.99 from me for 9 months.

    I also had money debited to my credit account by WC Budget Savers and Advantage Care Plus (advc) I do not know either of these companies or who they are or what they do. I would like to know how they got my credit card number. I had to cancel my card in order to stop the charges.

    I got a phone call from people claiming they would send me some coupons and that there was NO CHARGE and if i wanted to cancelled the order thta i could just call a number. i NEVER got ANYTHING in the mail.

    I received a phone call from a telemarketer offering me coupon books that would give me lots of gas and grocery store vouchers from a club called Budget Savers.  I had absolutely no idea that when I agreed to accept the coupons in the mail that my account had been accessed by this company and I started seeing charges pop up on my checking account that I had never authorized.  Another company that Budget Savers is working with began to make charges for a monthly membership to Health Allies, Inc.  Of course seeing that I had been scammed somehow, I took the appropriate steps to get these predators out of my finances.  My advice to anyone who is dealing with these unauthorized charges is to first cancel your check card.  These companies do not have your checking account number, they only have your check card number.  After cancelling your check card, these companies no longer have access to your account.  The second step is to google budget savers and health allies inc. to get a toll free number to cancel your "membership".  If you cancel within 30 days, these companies will give you a full refund.  It is quite a hassel but worth it if you are like me and live on strict monthly budget.  If you receive a phone call from Budget Savers, hang up immediately!! It's a scam!!!

      I  too have been taken for about $78.95  but I am going to contact our  well it is in our charleston State house. And let him get the money back.

    People, it is not a scam. They will give you exactly what they say they will. Have any of you actually called to get the websites for these Memberships and checked all the savings you can get. Granted, it isn't good for all places, such as smaller towns with less shopping. But if you look I think you will actually find that it could do you some good. And if you don't like it. Call them and Cancel it. And be nice to the Operators that answer your call. They are there to help you. Only saying this because I work in Customer Service, only for a bigger Company.

    WC budget savers popped up on my bank account with a charge of 19.95 and there was only 10 dollars left in my account, so that got with held and then i got a nice 30 dollar overdraft fee because of that f'n charge. i'm a singel mom so i rarely have time to go thru my mail and i don't pay as much attention to my bank account as i should, but i just checked my bank account history and they've been doing this since the beginig of the year!! and that's as far back as it would let me look. i have no idea what wc budget savers is!!!! and thanks to them my account is now overdrawn and i still have a ton of bills to pay. i bet all the money they've sucked from my checking account over the last several months would pay the bulk of my bills. what a [***] rip off.

    They have been stealing out of my bank account for several months and when I call their number they claim that they do not have any type of charges for their services for the amount of $19.95. I am going to have to close this account to get rid of the thieves.

    These people got to me for a $1 before my credit card security caught it and called me to varify. At the same time the fast talking as**** apparently got me on MVO*PRIVACYM and MVO*TRVELMEMBER+ . Andy (18 Jul 2009)must be working for them because I haven't received anything but charges to my credit card.

    I just received my credit card statement and there are two (2) separate charges, one from BudgetSavers and one from PrivacyMatters for $1 each - In addition there is a $29.95 from a third scamming outfit MVQ Best Benefits.  When you call the last outfit you only get to listen to music all day long.  It sounds very legitimate but what a rotten outfit they are!  I tried to call them all day long. The other two tell me they don't have any record and asked for my social security number.   Sure, anything else?  I called my credit card company and they told me that they are aware of the fraud and that two of the scammers are one and the same.  I think the third one is also part of them.  These crooks need to be prosecuted and locked up for good!
