I had never heard of WC *BUDGET SAVERS MNTH until it showed up as an automatic withdrawel from my account.  As bad timing would have it, I became preoccupied with family illness and subsequent funeral.  When I again found the time and energy to address this problem, I found out it's a company I NEVER heard of and they say I authorized it.  I NEVER authorize automatic withdrawels and I don't even use coupons, why would I request the services of a coupon clipping website?  I am reporting this to our local police for fraud and theft and any other agency I can locate.  I believe this may have been triggered by an internet purchase I made for "Aquabulbs" who, by the way, also ripped me off.
WC *BUDGET SAVERS MNTH broke into my account and stole 19.99 from me for 9 months.

Former cus. service employee for tv ads
Never place an order off of the 1800 # listed on television for an item! If you want to place an order google the company and find their direct customer service phone #. That will connect you right to the company and they wont try to offer you scams or anything if you place your order directly through them! When you place an order over a 1800 # on a tv commercial your speaking to someone who deals with 100's of different company and products every night. Their not as well informed on the product and they will try to get you to sign up for any random memberships that have nothing to do with what you want!!

How they got me was by calling to notify me that my "Total pillow" was being shipped, and then verifying my shipping information etc.  I just blew through several supervisors at both Total Pillow and Budget Savers. B.Savers was adamant that I had to have authorized it or I wouldn't have been billed, which I absolutely did not. They would not tell me what "salesman" supposedly sold this to me, but did give me (after much outrage on my part) their consumer affairs address where I can write for a copy of the transcript. I'm so p***** that I can barely see straight!

WC* Mon Budget Savers Tom.Cavalli@S MN

has been charging my credit card account for many months. I don't even have a clue what it is.
My husband and I am both disabled, neither have worked in years, and certainly can not afford this extra expense. Neither of us has ever sighed up for anything like this, don't even know what it is?? Because of long illness in our family we have not been as diligent about checking our bill, and don't have a clue how long this has been coming out of our credit card acct. the address (incomplete) is all that shows on the statement.
This has to be a scam, We have never signed up for anything like this. Advice please.

I don't know if there is any connection what ever, but we moved into an apartment, and as an aide to acclimating our two dogs to apartment living I ordered the Potty Patch. We got a call months later that they shipped it and it was returned to them ( I had used our apartment number, rather than out building number. I informed them that it had been several months since I had ordered it, and our dogs has easily acclimated to being taken out on a lease, so we no longer needed the potty patch, He assured me the money that had been deducted from my credit card immediately. Well you know how that ended, that was last fall, the charge was never reversed. The info I have is just a clearing house for this business and will not give me info to actual get in touch with someone who can help, anyone else had ths problem.

I'm so glad you posted this complaint. I actually took a job with this company called Quality Resources.
I did sense something was not right with this
Company but stayed on for a little over a week.
They are promoting the company/website Budget Savers.
I finally googles the company for complaints & WOW!!!
I should have gone with my initial thought & gotten out right away.
I truly hope those people I did speak with & declined the offer were not charged anything.
To those I did persuade into the program. I am truly sorry.
    Once again thanks for posting.

      Jeremy,

Would it be possible fo you to give out the physical address of the location you worked at?  I am trying to gte the Physical Address and it is not available anywhere.  They gave me a physical address and while i was on the phone I googled it andit turned out to be a UPS Store. THe Suit # was actually the mail box Number. I Called Several time to try to get the Address. one guy even told me that he was physicall in that Suit at the address provided. so I asked him how tall he was to be able to fit in a mail box. I told him he was a Liar on his face.
I want to report this to Better Business Bureau ad file the charges with state attorny general as well as the local olice office where they are physically located. Having a Physical Address will help greatly. I want to stop them from scamming thousands of others.

They know who you are because there is a thing called caller ID these days.... ha. And I would advise not giving out your credit/debit card information for things you don't know about then you wouldn't get charged for things that you "claim" you never authorized. I signed up for budget savers and I have saved a TON of money from my utility bill, grocery store, gift cards, etc. It's TOTALLY worth it!! You people are stupid for agreeing to something and then stating you didn't. Maybe you should actually listen and read the mail they send because their website is very helpful especially in this economy
