    i have gotten this call so many times, and it's before 10am, and being college kids that doesn't have to be to school before noon, getting a call at 8:30am kinda pisses me off. and it's on my home phone so i can't do anything about it, and i just got hung up on...again...

    I have gotten so many calls today from this company, it's not funny. I hit #1 to speak with someone and whenever the conversation gets around to where this company is located (all have indicated Orlando, FL) or taking my name off the list, they hang up. I'm in Atlanta, Georgia and they may need to check their lists better -- I don't have or use credit cards so I know off the rip they're full of crap. On the third call of the day, one of the reps said that they want to qualify me for a new card, so the First USA info makes sense.

    I'm sick and tired of these calls; I'm ready to shut 'em down.

    I too have been bothered both at home and on my cell just like the complaints above but they went a bit farther with my cell phone number!  They used my cell phone number as THEIR caller ID so I received calls from all over my own area code raising hell with me for being on their phone.  It was awful.  I had all kinds of people screaming at me the minute I answered my cell phone.  My only alternative was to leave a long voice mail explaining to the callers that my caller ID was stolen by this Cardmember Services scam and being used by them.  It took another two weeks before they changed the number.  I still am receiving these calls on my cell phone and my home phone so I too have a horn I blow that I bought for my boat.  It is aerosol can and absolutely deafening - Maybe if we all blow enough of their eardrums they will quit!  I can hardly wait for my next call.

    I've been receiving these calls for years now. Lately I've been going along with their game and seeing how long I can keep them the call going. Sometimes they'll tell me I don't qualify for their product and they'll take me off of their list. Usually, they just hang up once they realize I'm not a good target for the scam.

    Does anyone know how to make them stop once and for all?

    I just received probably our 30th call from Card Member Services.  I finally pressed one and told the agent I wanted my number removed from the list.  He promptly hung up on me.  He was calling from 360-474-3209.

    I keep getting phone calls from "Ann" from telephone number 785-207-6317.  I have spoke to several different people letting them know that I am not interested in the service of them lowering my interest rate on credit cards.  They tell me they will take my number off their calling list, but that has yet to happen.  This has been ongoing for over a year now.  If they don't stop calling, I will take legal action against them and the company.

    If you see any of the scum cardholder scammers mentioned here on complaint wire, post it everywhere. If you come accross any of the corrupt "corporate attorneys/Agent of procces", report them to their respective Bar assoc, for aiding and abetting a criminal organization, AND Un-Constitutional practices. WE the People will get together and make a lawsuit of the decade, if not the century!

    They called me just a couple days ago, but I've been getting a call a week for months now. So I pressed 1 and when the guy answered, I said, "You've reached the Office of the Attorney General, State of Illinois. Is there something I can help you with today?" He replied, "Uh...no ma'am!" and couldn't hang up fast enough. Heh heh heh...bet they take my number off their list NOW!

    These card member services scam artists are really making my blood pressure escalate. When I quickly say that I am not interested, they hang up. I immediately return the call to the previous number that called me and within 30 seconds, it's a non-working number. Has anyone found a way to eliminate these scam artists from calling your numbers and bothering you? How do they get your private cell numbers anyway?

    We have been getting these calls for years. This is a nationwide problem. We are also on the "Do not call list". It is time the federal government use the tools that homeland security has to watch us to good use. Find these people and put them out of business. I don't believe they can't be caught. It is a matter that they haven't pissed off the right people. I am contacting my congressman and asking that he put a fire under the right people. It can't hurt.

      There’s a ton of info about scumbag Pacific Telecom robo-dialer operating in Oregon, Montana, North Dakota, and Washington here at-

      Notice how the illegal robo-dialers and “cardholder services” siphon the money they’ve stolen off to their foreign business transfer entities in Argentina and Hungary.
      I’ve also seen Poland, and the Netherlands, just to name a few.

      “Koster filed the lawsuit against Marketing Strategy Group of Hungary, Transfers Argentina SA of Argentina, Capital Solutions Group SA, Castle Rock Management SA, Castle Rock Capital Management and Randy Cox, Jr., a Calif. resident who is the owner of the five corporations.”

      Robo-dialers and Cardholder Services continue to violate TCPA, TSR and the RICO Act-
      Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act U.S.C. Title 18, Chapter 96 § 1962:

      Sections 891-894 (relating to extortionate credit transactions), section 1028 (relating to fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents), section 1029 (relating to fraud and related activity in connection with access devices),”
      Section 1 of Pub. L. 91-452 provided in part that: "The Congress finds that (1) organized crime in the United States is a highly sophisticated, diversified, and widespread activity that annually drains billions of dollars from America's economy by unlawful conduct and the illegal use of force, fraud, and corruption;
