I've been receiving these calls for years now. Lately I've been going along with their game and seeing how long I can keep them the call going. Sometimes they'll tell me I don't qualify for their product and they'll take me off of their list. Usually, they just hang up once they realize I'm not a good target for the scam.
Does anyone know how to make them stop once and for all?

I just received probably our 30th call from Card Member Services. I finally pressed one and told the agent I wanted my number removed from the list. He promptly hung up on me. He was calling from 360-474-3209.

Got "rachel" harrassed yesterday and the day before. These [***] need a public flogging! hmmm. . . .
I keep getting phone calls from "Ann" from telephone number 785-207-6317. I have spoke to several different people letting them know that I am not interested in the service of them lowering my interest rate on credit cards. They tell me they will take my number off their calling list, but that has yet to happen. This has been ongoing for over a year now. If they don't stop calling, I will take legal action against them and the company.
If you see any of the scum cardholder scammers mentioned here on complaint wire, post it everywhere. If you come accross any of the corrupt "corporate attorneys/Agent of procces", report them to their respective Bar assoc, for aiding and abetting a criminal organization, AND Un-Constitutional practices. WE the People will get together and make a lawsuit of the decade, if not the century!

They called me just a couple days ago, but I've been getting a call a week for months now. So I pressed 1 and when the guy answered, I said, "You've reached the Office of the Attorney General, State of Illinois. Is there something I can help you with today?" He replied, "Uh...no ma'am!" and couldn't hang up fast enough. Heh heh heh...bet they take my number off their list NOW!

These card member services scam artists are really making my blood pressure escalate. When I quickly say that I am not interested, they hang up. I immediately return the call to the previous number that called me and within 30 seconds, it's a non-working number. Has anyone found a way to eliminate these scam artists from calling your numbers and bothering you? How do they get your private cell numbers anyway?

We have been getting these calls for years. This is a nationwide problem. We are also on the "Do not call list". It is time the federal government use the tools that homeland security has to watch us to good use. Find these people and put them out of business. I don't believe they can't be caught. It is a matter that they haven't pissed off the right people. I am contacting my congressman and asking that he put a fire under the right people. It can't hurt.
Notice how the illegal robo-dialers and “cardholder services” siphon the money they’ve stolen off to their foreign business transfer entities in Argentina and Hungary. I’ve also seen Poland, and the Netherlands, just to name a few.

Today, I got a call from these scammers, and they cursed me out. I kid you not. And then said he would call me again tomorrow. I instantly called my state attorney generals office and filed a complaint. They have called repeatedly to my home phone and my cell phone. Is anyone stupid enough to use this company?

I get these calls constantly!!! They are on my land line and cell phone. I get at least 4 per day and it's really starting to drive me crazy. Finally decided to push 1 and talked to a person. When I asked to be taken off the list, they hung up. So the next time I actually tried to get the person's full name, again a hang up. The third time, I pressed 1 and acted like I needed to lower my cc interest rate. She wanted to know how much I owed and I made up an amount (8000?) she then asked for my credit card #'s... so I said "no problem let me get them for you, and might as well give you my driver's lic. # and social security number?" She then was quite hostile and said "I know when I'm being played!, F.U.!" and then hung up. These people are mean scammers and I just want them to stop. Both my land line an cell # are on the do not call registry but it doesn't matter! They just keep calling me.
