Received a call from a wireless caller 254-217-8107 (LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC – TX) which is local to where we reside. A woman left a message claiming that my husband needed to call and give this company an updated address to receive a court summons.  The woman on the phone left the following number (888-247-2983) along with a claim number. At the end of the message the individual stated very rudely that my husband had been notified. Upon calling the phone number provided and got a rep by the name Diego Chris (extension 305) and said he was calling from Universal. He stated that my husband needed to appear in court on fraudulent charges and would not give any other information that I requested concerning the matter. The very next day we received a call from family stating that they also receive a phone call looking for my husband. The phone call came from the following number 409-292-0183 (LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC – TX) which is local to where our family resides.  When my family ask who was calling for my husband the individual on the other end simply ended the call. The number that show up on the caller ID are local number, but when trying to dial the number back you receive the following messages: “Busy Signal” and “Due to network issues the call cannot go through and to try the call later.” When my husband called the toll free number given; he stated that a man answered the phone and then hung up on him. Several attempts later all we got when calling the number was a Universal recording to either dial an extension or “0” for the operator to assist you. When dialing the extension and/ or “0” all you hear is “The person you are trying to reach is currently on the phone. Please leave a message at the tone or press the pound sign for further options.”

Got a restricted call. Caller left name Daniel Knight saying he was a process server. He said to call the following number 8329812280  (Level 3 Communications) and refer to a case number when calling back. Tired of these crooked people I will not call back let the chips fall where they may. I give it over to Yashua Jesus.

I have received several calls from this number which is listed under Level 3 Communications LLC.  In the last call I got a voice mail alert.  They obviously butt dialed me and the voice mail ran on for over 10 minutes with multiple people talking in a foreign language with many expletives!  I service Japan, Taiwan, and Korea in my profession.  I don't know what language the babbling was but it was not Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, or Korean!  I believe these people are looking to terrorize people into providing their accounts and security information from which they will obtain those assets.  Unfortunately the "Do not call list" has not blocked any calls for me.  My practice is to now not pick up any number I do not know.  Since I pay all my bills and obey the laws I don't concern myself with false claims or accusations.

Any number associated with Level 3 Communications is a scam and a fraud. They are not a legit telecommunications firm. They are a front for phone scammers and thieves. Do not answer any call from a number you don't recognize. If it's important, your caller will leave a message, and will identify themselves by name, will ask for a person by name, and will identify their company and the reason for their call. Don't fall victim to these doucheb*gs.

November 16, 2018.  Just got a call from these scammers claiming that someone was in prison and will I accept the call.  I usually do NOT answer the phone if I don't recognize the number but I had just gotten off the phone with a company and was expecting an immediate call back.  Thought it was them.  Guess not.  These scum bags need to be drawn and quartered!

Just wanted to let people know that they are still scamming. I received a voicemail today stating that I had a sealed document that was going to be served to me at two of my former state addresses between a certain time this Friday. Since I was completely unaware I had anything out there that would be a reason for me to be served I decided to do some investigating which lead me to Level 3 Communications. It is a fraud! So just be careful for those that are getting these calls, don't buy into it!

My boyfriend just spoke with them. Yesterday he fillled our job apps online. He was then contacted via text about one of these jobs. He thought it was regarding a mechanic job nearby. They asked to do a phone interview this morning. He called the number at the designated time. Was asked a ton of questions by a man he could barely understand due to the Indian accent. They put him on hold and he whispered to me “this isn’t what I thought it was going to be, they said they are job advisors...” Then a woman with an Indian accent gets on the line and started asking him questions. She then asks him 1-10 how motivated he is to go back to school, 10 being most motivated. He stated 7. She said “Well, we’d need your motivation level to be somewhere between 8 to 10, so again, how motivated are you to go back to school”. He said “yep. Still about a 7!”  She said “Well, you just aren’t motivated enough for us then. Call us back if you become more motivated.” And hung up 😂

Now it makes more sense. My phone ia blowing up witj calls. Yesterday 16 from noon till 6:30 pm. I applied for some jobs through job searches. Foreign accents calling me. Calling sitting on line saying cam you here me, calling me out by name. Then hanging up. Calling and saying nothing then hanging up. Im 57 and to tired of this. You have to answer the phone for potential jobs. Blocked numbers, they just use a different one. Called what I thought was their service provider for information or to register complaint. I was told they are all on computers and retrieving other peoples numbers and making the calls. The phone companies have no way of finding out. It became illegal in Texas to scam call people as of Sept. 1st. So I guess the SONS OF A B_____ went another route. Because all calls are texas based numbers from San Antonio and Corpus Christi. I have approx. 30 different numbers. In addition I was called 2 months ago and told I was behind on student loans. If I did not take care of matter. My ss card would be deactivated. Woman speaking in foreigh voice. I told [***], ss numbers are for life until you die. She hung up. THIS HAS TO STOP

I also got call from Level 3 Com, but I because don't answer numbers without caller ID I don't know what they wanted. I am curious if anybody asks these scammers the name of who the summons or whatever is for? And do you have the correct address? Possibly they don't even have a name and most likely not an address. Maybe should helpfully provide the address and phone number of the FBI handy and tell them that they the name of your representative, J. E. Hoover.

I got a call this morning from Level 3 from an Indian man asking if I had any diseases or disorders that would prevent me from working. I wasn't thinking very clearly as he had woken me up, so all I said was "I believe that what you are asking is none of your business." Had I been more awake, I would have used more colorful language.
