    Christina,

If you have any questions regarding the billing you can email us at service@qtbill.com. If you have any problems or concerns on the services or products that were charged to your account we will be able to direct you to the merchants for assistance.

We try to handle billing inquiries via email because
it avoids leaving messages back and forth, plus if necessary we can send
bill copies and other critical information required in assisting you in billing questions or issues.

I too have had an issue with these folks. My elderly mother has been harassed for the last 8 weeks about this and just assumed it was a scam, she told me about it, but I told her it was a scam, becuase I dind't want her to get upset about it. Well, she just called me and say that you people are sending her to a collection agency!!!!!! You have got to be kidding me!!!! She is so upset over this I have to send someone over there to check on her, you people prey on old folks for their vunerablity. THis is an absolute disgrace, how about sending a bill or something? How can you turn her in without ever even telling her what this is about? This is the most absurd way of doing business I have EVER seen!!!!!!! SEnd an email? You have got to be kidding me, how about some CUSTOMER SERVICE, ever heard of that?

    Catherine,

Contact your local DA regarding whether their actions qualify as elder abuse, which may result in "enhancements" to penalties for violations of state unfair trade practice or similar statutes.  For your mother's well-being, you must get this to stop, and you also must ensure that she is reachable by phone, unimpeded by harassment, for her continued health and safety.

In addition, since they are apparently "collecting on debts originally owed to others", regardless of what they claim, they may find themselves covered by FDCPA.  FDCPA requires mailing of specific legal dispute and validation notices by debt collectors within 5 days of first contact.  It also prohibits repeated harassing calls.  If you haven't already, put a caller id box on her line, to allow her to avoid continued emotional damage, and to log any on-going harassment.

They may also be covered by TCPA and FCC autodialer regulations, which require that their autodialer calls be made in a manner that is not harassing, and that sufficient voice message and caller id information be provided to be able to contact them in order to stop repeated harassing calls, or if necessary, identify the caller in order to file complaints with appropriate regulatory authorities.  Providing a number that fails to reach a live person probably doesn't meet those requirements.

You may wish to contact a consumer protection attorney, who should be able to bring this matter to an end.  If this has been going on for 8 weeks with no resolution, it is time to end it.

You people are liars, cheats and frauds. I NEVER accepted a collect call or made any deal with qtbill. I never heard of you before you started calling and harassing me. It had better stop, too! There are LAWS AGAINST sending people harassing phone calls every hour on the hour. Or even one a day--especially when that person owe's you nothing!  Stop this scam!

You handle everything by email to 'avoid' having to tell people you are a fraudulent company. You don't want to spend the money on customer service because to you, we're not customers, we're victims.
Please stop shoveling this crap down our throats...its unbelieveable!

I keep seeing this 'automated' message... over and over again. Do you people or whatever your are [possibly slime?] truly believe that people will sit still for this baloney? Come on, we're not idiots...and we won't be your victims, either!

The only reason you would be getting automated calls is about return mail we received back or to remind you to pay your account. Or to call you and let you know your account is about to have late fees added or the account is being turned over to a collection company.

The only way to sign up a account with qtbill.com is to answer a few  personally identifying questions! Once we confirm your identify your account is created.

You also would have had to accept the charges before creating the account. For example to purchase this product for $14.95 please press 1 now or press I accept button on a web site. Then you would had to have answer several questions to create the account. So it is hard to understand why someone at that phone number would have no idea about the bill or the account.

If you are unaware of qtbill.com and the account you might want to check with those people who also have access to your phone or internet. Also we respond to every email and can tell you who at that phone number used set up the account. We try to handle most customer service issues by email so we may send supporting billing information.

The only reason we would call you several times is that you have not responded to our calls and we our trying to contact you about your account.

If you would really like to find out who set up a account and used your phone number to do so then email us at service@qtbill.com. You will find that if you would email us we can give you the persons name and other personal information they used to set up a account.

If this posting has not helped please email us at service@qtbill.com or call 1-866-518-0391.

TJ this would be good advise in a normal situation. This is not a collection company calling. Please review the following information about this.

This QT billing is a scam. I just got 3 Boost phones, one for myself and 2 for my children. They called all 3 phones on the first day. No name, no to who the message is for, no company name for who the money that is supposedly owed, no information at all. They want you to just log in to their website and fork over $14.95. They are just a bunch of [***] afraid to answer any phones and try to hide on their website. They must have access to Boost customers somehow.

I'm getting thesse insane calls every hour starting at 8am EVERYDAY to collect only $14. I'm more than willing to pay for this small amount of money. But I have no idea what this charge is about. We can't contact  you by phone. I'm NOT putting my personal & banking info online without knowing what it is. Send me the detail of the charge. Then I'll pay right away.

Dear sir or madam, we have answered your emails to service. But if you continue not to give us any information so we may help you. If you would like to give service something to go on like your phone number or account information we will look into it for you. But until you do we can not help you. By the way I am not real sure what "Boost phones" are.
If they are non traditional phones perhaps you accepted a collect call at one or more of these phones. That would seem to fall in line with the $14.95 price from one of the Long distance companies we bill for.

    Dear QtBill:

I have been receiving hourly phone calls on my Home telephone & my husband have been receiving at least 6 calls a day on his cell phone while at work.  We do not mind paying any bill that we owe,  but we have no idea who you are or what kind of bill we could possibly owe you.  I've tried contacting you with the phone number you left on my answering machine but it is an automated teller device.  I would appreciate talking to a live individual, first of all we don't know what we have purchased or the amount
that it cost & second of all we have never heard of you.  You obviously have my number so please allow a person with all the information that you have concerning this so called bill call me at your earliest convenience because I would hate to owe anybody anything and have to sue them for phone harrassment.  The law states that any debt collector is only allowed to contact the debtor by phone once a day.  When contacting qtbill.com it has absolutly no information concerning my so called account.  So if we really owe you money please contact me personally, I will be more than happy to pay my debt but please don't take me for a fool!! Thank you very much!
