i get calls every hour on the hour stateing i owe them money and if i dont pay they will sue me for a debt i have dont incurred they also say thing a dead beat and so on
I just got a bill from QTbill for a number in Mexico that I never did call. The phone # listed on the bill that made the call, is not one that I have ever used. I called it and a man (speaking in spanish), we had to get an English speaking person on the phone. The owner of the # usually calls this Mexico # but he has no idea how come the bill was sent to me. I will not pay this amount, and I never want to hear from QTbill again. I DID NOT MAKE THIS CALL.

I want to know why, if this bill was billed to my mother's phone number, which is connected to her phone company, which has already been payed,why are we being charged again by you people. By the way all I have seen on here is complaint after complaint, so no we won't be sending you any money.However we will be filling a complaint with the better business bureau ourselves. So if and when they are through with you then you will get your money but not untill then. So Brad, Chad who ever you are you may want to rethinkk your job situation with this company. Because I would hate to see you end up hurt or in jail for some thing fraudulent that they have set up. Any one who recieves a bill or a phone call like what we have all recieved , and want to find out what service was put forth on our behalf.We all want to speak to a live human being and if we cannot do that then you won't recieve money for any thing that you do for any one.

I did accept a collect call and I do remember putting in the information to verify it. What I object to is the absolute harassment of the non-stop phone calls. I have never had this experience with any other company. I mailed a check to them a few days ago. It hasn't gone through yet. I am getting call after call after call. The part that makes the company so terrible, is that their business model seems to be "use us once, and you will regret it". The calls are coming from: Stillwater, OK Akron, Ohio Kenosha, WI Michigan (no city) Eugene, Oregon Ogden, Utah Florida (no city) Pennsylvania (no city) Selma, AL Bismarck, ND Minnesota (no city) Durango, CO Columbia, SC
I have to assume these are computers taken over as "bots" making these robocalls. This is the most amazing way to collect on a bill that I have ever experienced. This call I accepted occurred January 15, 2010. The calls began February 26, 2011. Today is March 4, 2011. So I am currently 17 days late with a $14.95 payment (Mailed 3 days ago). Usually this is not the level of delinquency that gets you 10 or more calls a day with the following message:

These voicemails fill your mailbox pretty quickly and are very intrusive. There is no chance I would e-mail them and give them my e-mail address, the phone calls are bad enough. For some people without unlimited calling plans this could also cost you a lot of money. They know that. This is harassment pure and simple. Oops, there's another one...

I have a paid check from my bank that yhou cashed which I wrote paid in full on the check. You cashed the check and still are trying to get me to pay twice. I am turning you in the the BBB and FCC.
