i get calls every hour on the hour stateing i owe them money and if i dont pay they will sue me for a debt i have dont incurred they also say thing a dead beat and so on

    qtbill.com is a billing company and not a collection agency. We only contact people who have set up a account with us and their payment is past due.

    well brad looks like the only thing he can say is "email us, email us" I'm in El Paso TX and i contacted the BBB and they told me that they have over 250 complaints. They call me on my cell phone and i'm sending them my bill to pay............

    You're response just sounds so very sincere.   HOWEVER, we did indeed made a collect call; we gave them information, we respond to the phone calls with new e-mail addresses, phone numbers for contact, to no avail!  We just continue to get phone calls.  When we answer these phone calls there is NOT a live person - only another message to call!  So we call again, - get NO LIVE person - leave the same information, and continue to get unresponsive STUPID phone calls.....You are putting the consumer in a NO WIN SITUATION.  I AM SURE THAT THERE MUST BE A WAY AROUND THIS STUPID VISCIOUS CYCLE - we have as yet found that way.  NOW QT is threatening to affect our credit if we do not pay.  IF YOU ARE SO VERY SINCERE AND YOU BELIEVE THAT YOUR COMPANY IS IN THE RIGHT - Why do you not provide a way to connect with a live person?!!  Am not sure how QT got the wrong information to make contact with us in the first place!!!!  Thanks for any information.

    QTBILL keep calling my Grandmothers house she is 83 years old and she has never heard of you people. I am her granddaughter and i am trying to find out who has giving you her phone number as a contact number. My mother handles all of her bills and she don't know who you are. So could you please help me with this issue so the harassing phone calls can stop?

    Report QT bill to the authorities, National Do Not Call or Local Attorney General's Office! They are crooks! They must be punished!

    We do bill for several merchants services and products. We send out thousands of bills per week. The complaints are due to many issues the consumers have had with products and services. We try to help and answer all of these or let our merchants know of them so they can help there customers.
