    My internet provider sent me to this company. I thought I was talking to Microsoft. I was not!!!! they got into my computer remotely told me my computer should be thrown in the trash and that I needed their service for only $300+ to get my computer in order. BEWARE!!!!!!

    I did not authorize you to automatically deduct $42.73 from my credit card. I don't even have the same computer as I did when I purchased this product a year ago.     I was billed and I didn't request this... you need to remove my information from all of you accounts.. If not I will follow up with legal action.. I will be checking my acct in the next week a credit better be on it... or mail me a refund within the week or credit my card and block it..
