Someone just called stating they would be out to "serve" me papers due to an upaid check that is on file with this "National Check Affiliates" company. I began to ask the caller many questions. I stated that if someone was going to be served, it would be through the county court, not a third party....

calls come from "card services" several times a day/when I'm at work, late at night, etc. they hang up when they determine I am "wasting their time". They are using up my cell phone minutes. I thought there were regulations prohibiting "robo" calls.

Sometimes 3 or 4 times a day...several times a week. When I push the button to speak to someone I ask "how do I get you to STOP calling"? And they hang UP on me!! How do I get on a NO CALL list.. as if that would help?
