I bought snack _DBL take burger and 2 side chips. My order took about 40minutes there was one cashier and one packer . The other staff members were standing and chatting with to a visitors . The cashier had to ask the security to bring her the rolls. I had an awuful expirence.

This complaint is in regards to the poor service at kfc southway mall, the staff there behave as if they're doing you a favour and that you have no choice but to take what they serve you, and in which ever manner it is served.
