I recently received a phone call from 1-888-279-9221 and also 1-877-855-4547 that told me I had won a $1000 online shopping spree. All I had to do was answer a few questions; little did I know the questions were about my bank account information. Beware, everyone, if you get a phone call from this number(s). It is a scam. After doing some research on the company, I discovered that they use your bank account information to rob you. The report I read was written by a woman who had the same experience with this company. She was told that she would receive magazines in the mail. She received no magazines but money was still withdrawn from her account.

For those that get a phone call from this number, DO NOT answer.

    We have your information and you agreed to buy the magazines...PERIOD!!! so fork over the Green.  Oh and Don't think you can run away if you change your bank account #, your bank branch, your credit card #/company, your address, your phone #, your name, even your social security #.  Even if you are "off the grid" we will find you quicker than the Army finds a draft dodger and we WILL GET OUR MONEY OR YOU WILL GO TO JAIL FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We have been sued over 2 million times and have won EVERY SINGLE CASE!!!!!!  Face it, we WIN!!!!!  Now, to all of the supporting buyers who Pay their bills!  Good, NOW BUY MORE OR WE WILL GET YOU TOO!!!!!!!

    the samen people call me for the samen reason an i wating yet for my 1,000 dollars for my spree shoping the day when tha's company call me it's in this month but im scare.I check in the computer and i see too much complain with this company.

    you have not one every single case becuase i sued your company and won 1000 dollars and got my magezine contract cancelled and paid in full from jack mccabe because i never signed a contract with reading america so you better check your resources before you talk [***]

    In case someone needs an updated phone number for them it is 1-877-855-1115. I am going to try to cancel tomorrow morning, I JUST got scammed with it a few days ago and I just got the information in the mail that I'm supposed to send back. Very happy I found this page before I posted. If anyone has any tips on how to cancel that would help because I'm only 19 so I'm not entirely sure how to go about all of this.

    i received a phone call at 437pn stating i had won a 1000 dollar online shopping spree yaaay.NO!what followed was multiple calls to all the numbers given to me for this fraudulent case and cancellation of credit card. i told them i cancelled it and they said call back on monday after10 ha.how convenient giving info took too long to call back and cancel yes its my fault for being naive and giving out such information but scurge is what they r and they know perfectly well what theyre doing and how to maneuver theyre way in and not out so ur stuck with magazines if u get them that u dont like and no 1000. cancel info immediately and dont ever give card numbers routing info or any personal info over the phone no wonder were so hard these days cause of schemers.

    I received the same call about 2 moths ago. I got exited about the 1000 dollar shopping spree because the person who informed me of it had asked me if i was planing on buying game consoles, traveling, clothing... etc.. I was hoping to receive and actual 1000 dollar gift card that I could use for whatever I wanted. Instead I received the select your gifts bull***! Now I have been trying to cancel my membership with them, and they refuse to help me out, they want me to pay 32 dollars a month for a year, money that I do not have! They have been harrasing me for a week now. telling me that If i miss the payments they will "send a third party to recoup the full balance"

    The same people call me yesterday 5/03/2011 from 1-888-279-9221 and also 1-877-855-4547 for the same reason. They told me that I was selected to recieve a $1,000 online shopping spree for participating with there magazine offer, I was told I would get 6 magazines for the low cost of only $3.58 a week. They also told me to go to selectyourgifts.com and if this is true all what it says here about all these complaining, now I am scare that I felt into this kind of scam.

    I wish to know what kind of action if any, is done by the Better Beureu?  If this is true, we need to do something to stop this kind of situation. I know that sometime do the economy some people believe that it is true and fill in in this kind of mistake. Because they are beleaving that they will receive 1000 for shopping, to get 6 magazines for a low cost, but the only thing is that nothing is free. Behind free things I can say that 80% at the end of the story you will be loosing.

    I am going to call them today and said that I want to cancel to see what they come with. If they say NO way, then I need someone that can help me out to take them from away and avoid that nice people fill into these kind of scam.  Thanks....

    close your  account  immediatly everyone  this is   crazy   u  should call your  bank the  24 hours service and cancel  ur  account   go to the atm and take ur money out and call and close it completely cancel everything and explain to them  what happend that these people r scaming u for ur money and they  wont let u  cancel  the order. plz  do it for your safety
