I own Dirt Devil vacuum and the belt broke, so I went directly to dirtdevil.com to order a replacement. On they site they promiss to process all orders within 1-2 business days - I have placed my order on August 9 and it was shipped only on August 24 !!!!! and I got it only on August 31.
And when I finaly got it, I found that they send me wrong size belt - not the one I have ordered !!!
I WAS NOT ABLE TO VACCUM MY CARPETS FOR ALMOST 1 MONTH !!! And now according to their policy I have to ship that belt back to them on my own expence and wait for the refund for 3 weeks and they are still not returning me money I paid for shipment !!!

Dirt Devil - your pursuit of profits is going to hurt you. I know why it's called the BREEZE because that's all it does. I'm going to send all this plastic you shipped all the way from China straight to the dump.
I am reduced to using the handheld attachment to vacuum 3 large rugs.
But only after I have swept the rugs and bare floors with a broom.
Yes, my $10 broom does a better job than this crappy vacuum cleaner.
Everybody knows that big companies make special (cheaper) versions of their products to sell at Walmart - but REALLY, it doesn't do what a vacuum does. At least a crappy sound system still plays tunes, albeit poorly. All this machine does is blow things around!
