I got a call from telephone 603 214 3523 offering work from home processing 3d party mortgages for the sum of $69.00 plus $10.00 postgage.  I didn't get a chance to check the internet to confirm this was a scam; I asked where they got my name and they said I requested information on internet to work from home.  I had requested information about government grants to study, buy a home or establish a business and was guided to Grant Search Guide as the only valid site for this type of information.  GMI got my telephone number from Grant Search Guide and now I am trying to stop the $79 payment by cancelling the order and I can't reach a live person at the 603 number so I went on the internet and got a 971 285 3130 and called to cancel my order but was not able to get a live person and left a message.  Anyone, can you tell me if you get your money back once you realize this is a scamming game from another valid enterprise in the US??  concerned.

    my husband orderd the packet too. we decided to cancel. last week i mailed the packet back and it was put back my credit card today. if you havent received your refund yet, you should keep calling. they do have a website i googled it and found rebatehelp.net

    Thank you so much for your comments on this blog.  I too just received a call and stated that my son may be interested, so they gave me the 971-285-3130 number for him to call back.  Something told me it may be a scam so I ran the GMI Enterprises name on the internet and came up with your very informative blog.  Thanks for doing this.  It is a pity folks like this are out there scamming the folks who most need an honest job.  Will keep checking to see how you are all doing and praying for you all to receive your money back.  It would seem to me that the telephone company fraud division would be able to do something about this.  For those of you who have been defrauded give them a try and see what they say.  Good Luck to you all.

    I just got a call. It sounded like a boiler room. I Googled them while I was on the phone.  As I was asking questions, I started reading these posts. Funny, no one with a positive experience? Why a limit on how much one can make?

    When it sounds too good, it isn't.

    Call Chris at (719) 214-0668 he has several companies that he owns and helps people get set up to work full time or part time. He owns the company you don't have to deal with other agents looking to build a downline.

    I just threatened to call the cops on them and have their whole operation shut down. They say that they are from portland oregon, but who knows where they are actually located.

    I was simply trying to scare them, I am not going to call the cops, but if anyone feels that they should I encourage you to shut these idiots down!

    This isnt a scam and you can talk to a live represenative if you call 9712853130 and press 0. This is actually a really good business and you make a lot of money. I never got a call from the numbers you have but I did call 9712853130. You can ask them questions and also get your money back. You should only have to pay $69

    Hey thanks everyone.  I've been hanging up on them, but today I decided to listen to the whole message.  I did not give them any money.  In fact I am online checking them out and found this site.

    I guess the old saying is true - If it sounds too good to be true - it probably is!

    I noticed that they kept saying they were working with/for the government, but did you notice that they didn't say which department.

    They just got me to. But I called my bank to stop payment. So I hope my bank can stop the payment before they get my money.

    wow, all your comments are so beneficial about gmi enterprise. I got the call today and was seriously thinking about sending the money, but i decided to see if i can find anything out about them online and here this site is.  thanks  During my searching i did come across another company at www.americanrefundservices.com that offering basically the same thing for $16.95, seems legit.  if anyone has tried this or is planning on trying please send your feed back

    yeah i recvd a phone call too,1st they tell you it's only $69.99, then after you agree then throw in that there is a $10.00 shiping and handling
    i recvd the package, however i changed my mind, the thing the dont tell you is that you have to buy the listing in order to send them 1 sheet and get a refund. (what the fruit!)
