I got a call from telephone 603 214 3523 offering work from home processing 3d party mortgages for the sum of $69.00 plus $10.00 postgage.  I didn't get a chance to check the internet to confirm this was a scam; I asked where they got my name and they said I requested information on internet to work from home.  I had requested information about government grants to study, buy a home or establish a business and was guided to Grant Search Guide as the only valid site for this type of information.  GMI got my telephone number from Grant Search Guide and now I am trying to stop the $79 payment by cancelling the order and I can't reach a live person at the 603 number so I went on the internet and got a 971 285 3130 and called to cancel my order but was not able to get a live person and left a message.  Anyone, can you tell me if you get your money back once you realize this is a scamming game from another valid enterprise in the US??  concerned.

    I just got a call and have no idea where they got my number.  I didn't sign up for anything or request any information.  Weird.

    hi,I have not order yet,my thing is if i allready paid for this book way couldn't thay have sent the list with it .i realy want to have a home base business, but every body is full of it.it is very haed to find a lygit job until i ready some of your e-mails, this the kind pf trhing that makes ot so hard for honest people to find good work,i give up __no more for me ,Good luck every one who wants to do busniess with these guys._______

    i received a note to make extra money in the spare time, called, the cost of the package was $3.91 not much to have a chance to know about the possibility to make some money, refered to another girl who offered that for $39.00 i will receive a package have a CD CONTAINING all the information and will get all the help i need step by step to collect the refunds for the houses owners for about 25% of the amount, sound easy further more, she assures me that i have 2-weeks for trial before they make the charges to the credit card but they must have the credit no. now.
    i believed her as any legemet company to offer trail period
    i received the package i read it it takes one chane good out of 10 no good and you keep trying sending thousands of letters to perhaps get no response from any, i as an owner will not sign a power of atterney to anyone to receive my money, so even if you reach a correct person the response will be get out of my business.
    i called the next day talking to answering mashine with no further response,
    cotact the web sit the answer as a reply (we do not refund any charges if i decide in the future, i should call back)
    they said no refund for any purshase, i reply i made the order in faith on the trying period promise, and i dont receive the product i purshase.
    so the refund is due!!!!!!!!!
    no response.
    i will contact the credit card company make the complaint to collect the refund as a credit card company police to protect the customer.

    Ladies and Gentlemen,
    First, allow me say, that I am not part of a scam or G.M.I. Enterprises, I do not work for them, when I tell you that this program really does work. That is if you are willing and able to do what this company ofers and says, in the manual, then to do the work required.
    I'm wondering, if the folks that have written, concerning a scam operaqtion, have actually completed any of the recovery work required by G.M. I. Enterprises?
    Let's examine, if you will, the meaning of "scam."
    Tell me,how is it that you feel scammed.
    There were no promises made, other than, "we would be successful" if instructiojns were folllowed, no product to buy with the exception of the,"Independent Redund Processing Orientation Manual."
    This manual contains everything needed to operate a successful "at home, business," if followed in its entirity.  So are you griping because of having to pay a little money for your at home business, or do you just like to hear yourself complain? Nothing in this world is for free and costs us money to go into and do business.
    Granted, this business is not for everyone, and everyone will not succeed, but that is the price that you pay.
    So my advice to you would be, "Look before you leap, next time!"

    I did this work many years ago.  Yes it pays but it is so much work.  People move and don't leave a forwarding address or have disappeared for whatever reason.  Some are not alive.  I don't know what you paid but, there are ways to do this job without it costing allot to get the information.  If you want to do this work then just open up a legal processing office and sit there. How much will it cost for the office space, equipment, paperwork, and so on?  Now will anyone come inside and pay you enough money to go and research all the information needed before the gov't will make a payment?  The information is not going to come to you, you have to make phone calls, go to court houses, police station, tax offices, and so on.  What do you think you and your time is worth?

    Thank you Will for telling the truth.  I don't work with this company myself because I do know how much work is involved.  Some people think the government got rich by giving people money for nothing.  That is not the way it works in today's society.  Think people, think.  Common sense will tell you.

    where in the world did you buy that book?  You can get the book for less than $5.00 and a support system to help.  But if you look at all the money your saving from not haveing to go to college and pay tuition and book fees then you really did save more than you think just paying $80.00 for one book.  It's allot of work and don't give up if you can do it.

    I don't understand why you we're offered $3.91 then $39.00.  You got the purchase item and it says there is no refund for the book.  I don't know which offer you took.  I would have taken the $3.91 if I was interested in doing this type of work.  Sorry your not happy about the purchase you made.  Can't buy a meal, eat it, then ask for a refund.  Some clothing you buy, wear it, then want a refund.  Your not renting this business, you bought it and it's the service to continue working with this team of people that is costing you money.

    i hace been trying to get my list and find that we are lock out and so i dont think I am going to get my money back, so i think its time for a class action law suite so we can all get wath we put in this.

    Hey everyone, I hope we are talkin bout the same company, if so, I just purchased the book 4 $3.91 and the membership iz 39.95 per month no refunds. They give u access 2 the website 2 look 4 the homeowners who r due a refund. I will try it 2 c what happens. I hope I'm not dissapointed. The part i don't like iz that u only have 15 days 2 try the membership. So u really don't know if it works or not, not enough time. The company iz called smarttools LLC and the website iz mysmarttools.com and they r based out of Boise, ID

    I also just purchased the 3.91 information package. I was offered the 39.95 intro offer on the membership. After hearing all of your reviews I am glad I did not take it.I think it is possible to make money with this package, but not interested in thier smart tools scam. I think they sent out all those pink slips to see how many people they could get the 40 bucks from.

    My friend just got that offer too. I told him before accepting it he should double check first the company if it is legal and licensed. There's a lot's of ways like checking the company in the internet or go to the police station and ask if it is a safe company to work for before paying for all the fees that is needed to start the home business. I advised him too that it is not good to work hard and be a part of a company that was illegal. It's not good ending up in jail. Our economy now is in bad condition. So, we must be extra careful in dealing with strangers. After reading all of this comments. I might suggest my friend to not accept it.

    Just got my orientation packet today.  I am a little skeptical because I can't get anyone who sounds reputable on the phone except on the yellow card that was sent to my home. Also called the 411 operator in Boise, ID  and they have no listing for the company.  Also there are no contact numbers in the packet.  Is this legit.  I a seriously thinking about canceling my membership.   What's this about no refunds?
