Hi I have the same experience with everyone here so don't need to write my personal experience.  I was just wondering if anyone knows how to go about to get a refund back from the portion that I've already paid to Consumer Direct Warranty services and / or if any outstanding class action lawsuits.

Please email at DChu1202@aol.com

A little late to the party, but I am in the same boat with everyone else. Luckily, I've not had to claim anything on the warranty. I just wanted to get my money back after the policy expired.
Feel free to email me if any kind of lawsuit is placed:

I too have been ripped off by CDWS as well.  I am interested if anyone pursues a lawsuit on making it a class action type.  I will be glad to give up any information related to this case as I have been unfairly ripped off as well.  Had a claim, they denied on very unreasonable grounds and now I cant get in touch with ANYONE at that company at all.  My email is jlc4christ@gmail.com

I also purchased this extended warranty for $3,160.00.  Three months later I had an alternator replaced and it took 2 weeks for them to approve for the dealer to fix it.  I had to pay for my own rental after it was done, but the contract states they would pay one week rental.  I was told to pay it and they would reimburse me.  Jordan Ford Co. paid for the 2nd week.  It was very embarrassing and frustrating.  They requested that Jordan Ford check the monitor system, and did not pay Jordan Ford for this procedure.  I wrote them an ugly letter and threatened to sue them at that time, I should have went with my gut feeling.  I still have a copy of the letter.  They did end up haying Jordan Ford for replacing a new alternator and reimbursed me my $150.00 for the rental.  Now a year later my air conditioning unit is in need of repair and the sales representative a Jordan Ford contacted me today to tell me that no one answers the phone number it is just a beeping sound.  So, I guess I am out of $2,625.00.  Thank all of you for getting on line a letting me know what was going on.  I too would like for my name to be added to the class A lawsuit, if there is one.  I will contact the Nevada Attorney General Office and the Constituent's Office tomorrow 12 Apr 2011.  My email address is rscott29@satx.rr.com

I have spoken to 12 CDWS customers and all 12 were denied claims that were listed as "covered" in the agreement. After checking with the BBB they said that there was no way to get in touch with them and for all intense purposes they are out of business but continue to hustle new suckers.

We purchased a warranty for our 1999 Durango 3 years ago and have never been able to get them to cover anything.  If someone gets a lawyer/suit going, count us in.  Tru2me33@aol.com  Thanks!

I like to join the party. Called Mepco today and got the same story of them claiming no responsibility receiving money for The Crook as a third party. The only info for CDWS is fax #530-241-8452 and email: customerservice@checkaclaim.com. I'm interested in a class action suit if one arises. please contact with that info  ttprint@gmail.com or cal 617-794-3452.

I purchased the protection plan back in 2009, I've called today to get information & all the numbers have been disconnected. Please include me in the class action suit as well. my email is basabem@gmail.com. There is a lot of people who purchased a protection plan from CDWS through AAAutowarranty or other company & don't have an idea of what's going on with CDWS. I believe whoever sells this protection plans should be held accountable, too.
