Hi I have the same experience with everyone here so don't need to write my personal experience.  I was just wondering if anyone knows how to go about to get a refund back from the portion that I've already paid to Consumer Direct Warranty services and / or if any outstanding class action lawsuits.

Please email at DChu1202@aol.com

I am out of $2700 (plus) that I paid CDWS. The seller for the policy stated on the Warranty card is Direct Protect Warranty and, as it turns out, it was all a big scam from the beginning. We were all taken but rest assure what goes around comes around.  Please do add my name to the list for a possible class action law suit. Thanks Guillermolsierra@hotmail.com

I was also scammed out of 2070.00 with an agreement and would like to join the class action lawsuit. I am going to contact the attorney general and direct them to this site. Something has to be done to stop these people from continuing their fraud program. dkdnu2@aol.com

On September 30,2009, in good faith and with the understanding of bumper to bumper coverage, I paid 1780.00 in full to Advance Auto Repair Protection for an 84-month, 1000,000 mile warranty.  My salesman was Scott Isbell, 1-800-307-4332, email: scott@a-arp.com.  Last year a claim was submitted and denied after I sent verification that the automobile had been maintained according to their contract.
On October 3,2012, my mechanic informed me of needed repairs.  When he tried to contact the company for authorization, he found out they were not in business and the phone number had been discontinued; also that a fraud had been perpetrated.  I'd be interested in joining a law suit.

I paid over $1600 to these people in 2009. They did fix a water pump once in 2009. Just the other day I found out they disconected their phone  after I needed more repairs from a qualified repair facility. How do I join a lawsuit. My warrant was to be good for 5 years or 150,000 miles.
