They tell you of a deal to orer 2 items then they send more and bill for things you did not order and they refuse returns. They ripped me off for $196.20 of unwanted toner, now they are sending me past due bills in the mail for an additional $142.76!

    They are scam artist...and good ones! Call your local UPS and tell them do not deliver any packages to you from Kleritec(United Business Supply, or whatever name their going by for that day). etc...), do a "return to sender" on all correspondants/bills from them, "slam" the phone down on all their calls, contact the Better Business Bureau in your area ASAP. They're a complete waste of your time!

    I MORE THAN AGREE that Kleritec is a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS.  I, too, have been on the receiving end of multiple UNORDERED shipments and invoices for supposed shipments I've NOT received.

    Then they threaten collections, smashing your credit, etc.

    RUN QUICKLY TO A REPUTABLE VENDOR

    SCAM-SCAM-SCAM!!!!! We are dealing with this company (formerly United Business supply) for over two years now and they have put our private preschool in financial distress. They WILL NOT quit billing us and randomly send boxes of JUNK supplies that we have repeatedly asked them to quit sending and that we wanted off their calling and mailing list. Then they will bill you repeatedly, and even went as far as charging our credit card. Please stay away from this company.

      Stop paying this company. Do not send the packages back. We repeatedly told them to stop shipping,
      but they would not stop. If you get something you did not order, do not pay for it.
      Honest people think they should pay, but you are dealing with a dishonest company.
      Report them to the attorney general office as we did.

        Can you tell me more about the Attorney General and the procedure you used?
        I am currently trying to protect myself, I am sorry to say they keep sending me boxes of ink I don't want, they won't answer my calls or pick up the phone, the send outrageously inflated bills and everything I've heard about them is appalling.  so I am ready to take legal action of some sort.
        did you use the attorney general in their area or in your own?

        Can you please give me more information about contacting the attorny general office? I work for a non profit organization and Kleritec is trying to scam us as we speak. We are getting harrassing phone calls from them about late fees and such. It is so sad that they are still open and able to take advantage of companies such as mine. We are a child development center and these children should not be taken advantage of in this way! It is just down right wrong in so many ways that they can do this.

        they called my daycare 5 tuimes today I asked her to stop calling she said I will continue to call untill I receive payment I told her I am the director I ordered it I paid for it Me stop calling the daycare and sending bills to the daycare They sent me craft items I told them the items were not worth it I paid them. They called later and said I only got half of the shipment what was on back order will be sent to me I made it clear I was not giving thwem anyb money and I did not want any more shipments after they sent me rest of order they want to bill me a extra226.99. I am furious I had to call an attorney today.

    Same problem as what others have reported, they claim we signed up for periodic shipments, which we never did. We will be reporting to whatever state agencies will deal with this type of matter, since this is going over state lines it may be a federal issue as well.

    They are total scammers. The same thing happened to me. And its been 3 months and no one is coming to pick up the package. I have not touched it. They keep sending me deliquent invoices. People working their should have a reality check and be more moralistic instead of cheating people and wasting their time.

    Scam artists indeed. Once they took over from United Business Supply, I have been sent supplies that I have explicitly stated I did not want. i paid for the first one because I didn't realize it was a scam and then the cycle of partial unrequested shipments keeps coming. Also the phone calls with demands for money or flim-flam explanations that really make no sense. Avoid these people at all costs. And be very firm and clear with them. Document your phone call, date and time and person spoken to, and what you said. Hang up on them when they call again or it never stops.

    Agreed scam.  Told them several times to stop, send items I have not ordered, assured us bill set and no more contact.  So, they call again say I am short on order.  I say no don't send do not want, leave us alone.  They send anyway and bill.  Will be contacting BBB and our lawyers.

    They are bad news.

    Didnt have problems with Kleritec like others have stated!  Some paints were damaged but they replaced them for me and for the amount of supplies I got I cant complain about the price.  So far not so bad!

    Thank you for all of your post. I am dealing with the same thing as Preschool in Los Angeles. I initially gave a verbal agreement for a shipment of supplies; received and paid for the shipment and was content. Then I received a phone call informing me that some of my original items were back ordered and had been shipped. I indicated that I didn't think anything was missing. They assured me that a few items were and that they wanted to make sure I received all that I had paid for. When the "back-order" came, it had a new shipment and a new bill. I questioned all of this and the rep just talked in circles trying to confuse me. Now, the company has called again and they are claiming that I have ANOTHER back order and they are sending ANOTHER shipment. This time I confronted the issue and told the sales rep, "NO!". He immediately became aggressive and ill mannered requesting to speak to my supervisor. When he discovered he WAS speaking to the supervisor he just continued to be aggressive and combative at which time I politely ended the conversation. PLEASE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS NOT WORTH THE TIME YOU WILL SPEND IN AGGRAVATION. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

    Just another one.  I'm so mad.  They been doing this to me. Calling and saying there was a back order and when I call to complain they said it will be the last part of the season.  They are really a scam!!!!!!!

    I have been dealing with this company since March of this year. I have gotten call after call and have told them to quite sending me items. They are items I dont even need. I spoke with there "customer rep" Ilene for 30 minutes on the phone yesterday. Then she calls back today and says I never talked to you yesterday its not in my caller notes. Go figure.DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

    I am receiving unwanted shippments and they say that I have to pay the invoice for orders that I did not order. My attorney told me to send the product back and they could not request payment.

    Not For Profit Daycare in Indiana
    Just received a past due bill from Kleritec for $326.99.  The invoice has code numbers for the items ordered, so you can't even tell what it's for.  The invoice has our school name on it, but it is to the attn. of one of our staff members who is not even authorized to buy anything, so I know this is bogus.  My wife runs the office and says we have never even received any toner in the mail and that we get what little we use locally.  This company is probably telling people they will send a free sample but neglecting to mention that it will be followed by an exspensive monthly shipment.  Why can't people do business the right way?!!!
