They tell you of a deal to orer 2 items then they send more and bill for things you did not order and they refuse returns. They ripped me off for $196.20 of unwanted toner, now they are sending me past due bills in the mail for an additional $142.76!

    you guys are so right they are some ripe off's they decieve there customers i have called also emailed even shipped product back by UPS costing me $75.00 Kleritec charge me $220.86 the stuff they sent me cost less then a hundred bucks at dollar tree they had the nerve to send crayons that are not even crayola wow most of all everything i got i seen at dollar tree Kleritec sent all my items back would not take even when i listed the return number on it

    This company is the worst!  They keep sending me stuff and saying that it is "the other half" of my previous order. Then they demand payment.  I never agreed to splitting an order.  They won't give me an authorization code to return the items. I have referred to case to our legal dept.

    Same problems as above.  Spent ALL day on the phone, being hung up on and put on hold.  Carl, Eileen, Mary, Jennifer...I accepted a "promotional" order in July paid in full.  December 2: Start getting harrasaing calls about a "backorder" that I know have to pay over $300 for.  I made the mistake of "verifying" my company credit card!  When I asked for a "detailed invoice" they sent me a bill from collections.  My shipment didn't even have an invoice or sales slip...NOTHING.  This is the biggest scam.  I have reported them to the BBB and cancelled the credit card.  Our legal is on it.

    While surfing on the internet I found your site and was shocked to see complaints on kleritec since I have been using them for the my kids supplies for my daycare center.  I have never had a problem with them and have always found them to deliver what I order.  In fact they are the only company that will extend my payments. Several times I had a few problems and they understood and still provided me with the supplies.  I even have given their name to others and they have thanked me for the information.  I don't understand why others are complaining about them.

    Donna, I have also had a good relationship with kleritec and don't know why other people are complaining about this company.  We have been using kleritec for the last 3 years and have always been happy with what we got and the prices that we were charged.

    Janet, you are right I started to write a complaint about some paints that had spilled and then someone told me to just call their customer service. I did and I happy that I did as Mary in their customer service department  sent me out more paint at no charge.  I was surprised how friendly she was and how with any questions sent the paint to me.

    I don't understand, our you sure that you are dealing with kleritec in Sylmar, California?  I buy from them and have never had a problem.  In fact I just received my supplies for christmas from them and ever thing that I ordered was in the box.  I have been dealing with them for years and have never had a problem.  Are you sure that its Kleritec.

    Me too. I have been using them for years. I like their products and service.  They are cheaper and deliver right to my front door.

    Add me to your list of people that like dealing with kleritec.  I have doing it for years and never had a bad experience with either the products or the service.

    Hello, wake up when you see complaints on any company posted on this site and the complainer does not list their name but only a general name of their type of business.  beware, it sounds as if they are just writing something so that they can read it later.  I personally have dealt with Kleritec and have always found them to be professional and true to their word.

    Surprised to see a bad report on kleritec as I have been buying school supplies from them for years.  I have never had a problem with them.  The products are good and the prices better than I can buy locally.  I have been buying from a lady by the name of Robin and have always found her to be a good person who seems to really be concerned about my center.  I hate to see bad reports that may make her look bad.  By the way, my sister also buys from kleritec and seems to be happy with them.

    William is right on...I have been buying from Kleritec for years now and have always found them to be the best buy for children arts and crafts.  I have never had a problem with them.  In fact, I have had numerous problems with other companies that I have bought from in the past and was willing to give Kleritec a chance.  They have been my supplier never since.  I really don't know why others are having problems with them.  I have never been billed for something that I did'nt buy.   I really felt after reading some of the bad reports on this company that I had to put on the record my good dealings with the company.  What is fair is fair.  Linda

    Just wanted to say that I have been dealing with Kleritec now for 2 years and have never had a problem with them.  I used to buy my kids arts and crafts from another major discount supplier by phone.  I had a problem with them and decided to give Kleritec a shot.  It was the best thing that I could have done.  I get better prices on the same products and have never had a reason to complain about anything.  Thats why I was surprised when I read the posting by Anthony.  I guess everyone has different opinions about the service that they get.  Again, I am happy with the company.

    As the owner of several daycare centers I have been dealing with Kleritec for many years and have found them to be right on as far as pricing and service.  I have been getting better pricing from them compared to what I was paying from my local supplier in town.  I had the chance to call their customer service on some pencils that were missing from the package.  They immediately send me the pencils at no charge with no questions asked.  I really was surprised to reach a actual person when I called since everything in this world today seems to be voice recordings. I felt that I had to offer my opinion on this company.

    Terry, I am really surprised at your experience with Kleritec, I have been buying from them for the past year and never had a problem like you had with them.  I have been dealing with a Lisa for the past year and she has always treated me with good service.  I wonder if you are talking about the same company.  The Kleritec that I do business with is located in Sylmar, California.  Maybe you dealt with a different company.  Anyway, I just wanted to express my opinion about this company.  I know how a report on a company effects others, as I had a bad posting on this site by mistake and how it really affected me.

    I have never had a complaint with Kleritec, I have been buying from them for a long time and have always been happy with their products and service.  They are the only company that will give me credit to buy their products.  I really appreciate that during my bad times. Thank you Kleritec.
