They tell you of a deal to orer 2 items then they send more and bill for things you did not order and they refuse returns. They ripped me off for $196.20 of unwanted toner, now they are sending me past due bills in the mail for an additional $142.76!

    Wilson, just saw your comments about kleritec. I agree that they provide good product and I have never had a bad problem with them.

    Wow!   It looks as if everyone is on this site to start out the new year. it's red hot. Sorry but I don't have any complaints on kleritec.  I do use them for my kids art supplies.  No problems.

    My sister told me to check this site for negative information on kleritec. We have both had good dealings with them, so she asked me to add my comments to the site.

    I was told that this company had some complaints listed and wanted to add my personal experiences.  Kleritec has been the only company that still offers me credit on my buying products for my childcare center.  I am happy with them.

    This company is a rip-off!!!  The people that have positive comments about them probably either work for them or have been paid.  They call and sell you art products that are clearly inferior.  You can't get anyone to call you back if you have a complaint.  Then, a few months later they send you another shipment of the same junk and insist that you authorized another purchase.  As child care providers, we are too busy taking care of children to have to constantly try to protect ourselves from being taken advantage of!

    Kleritec is a scam.  I received the order but they keep telling me I owe because the whole order wasn't shipped together.  If this company was ligit why do they have different names for it.  They took out double pmts. from my account and are still telling me that I owe $149.00 for 2 packs of rainbow construction paper because they were out of it when they shipped my order, this account was already paid for with the double pmts. they took.  Really! $149.00 for 2 pkgs. of construction paper - It sure the heck isn't made of GOLD!  THIS COMPANY ISN'T GETTING ANYMORE OF MY MONEY - I WILL FIGHT THIS TOOTH AND NAIL.  My next step is the better business Bureau!!!!!

    The same thing happened to our business.  They sent 7 toners that don't even have enough ink in them to work properly, and get a bill for $250 plus, I returned them through Fed Ex, Kleritec refused my shipment,they were sent back (return to sender) so now I'm getting past due bills with a $45 late fee.  Do not order anything from this company!

    I would be willing to bet money that the positive responses on here are from people that work for the United Business Supply or Kleritec.  I work for a school and they tried really hard to scam us with their antibacterial wipes "deals".  I'll admit they succeeded at first but we finally caught on.  Had to jump through hoops just to get in touch with anyone there. Super, super sketchy company.

    I have never had a problem with Kleritec.  I wonder if you are mixing them up with another company.  The reason I asked is that I personally had a problem with my child care center being list with a complaint and we found out it was another company, but I could not get the complaint off this site.

    Attention Minnie...I read your comments and have had the same problem with a posting that was not true about my company.  How did you correct it?  I would really like to know.  I have been having to live with this for quite a while now.  Any information that you can provide will be appreciated..Sam

    That is exactly what happened to me.  Then their customer service person was very rude when I spoke with him.  The fast-talker who is the first point of contact has nothing else to do with you once you tell him you didn't order two boxes of supplies for over $600.  I wish I had a legal department. Definetly a scam! Now I won't accept any deals over the phone unless I get it in writing, with the person's id number and the date. I felt so foolish and I am sorry for others that this has happened to. I would love to see people get their money back. For those customers that have had a good experience, be careful! Kleritec is a SCAM!

    The sales guy DAVE, just called me a f%$* moron because I decided NOT to buy any ink from him after he had called me a few times and I told him I would check with our supply people.  He's a real winner...  Obviously he needs to work on his sales technique or get another job.  Called Dave back and told him what I thought of him and he then called me a HOMO.  That was nice and well, weird.  I also voiced my complaint to the main number.  I would run not walk should Kleritec call your office.  If you do talk to Dave, send him my love.

    THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!  DO NOT ORDER FORM THEM!!!!! They like to rip off the little people to make money!!  They post positive things about themselves that are ABSOLUTELY false.  If this company calls you, hang up immediately!!!!!

    I can not believe this company gets away with what they do.  I unfortunatley received some supplies from them in the summertime.  Paid and they were not worth the money.  They now continue to send supplies at a ridulous price w/o my ordering and demand payment.  I must of talked to the same person because HE is the moron!!!!

    Same story as everyone else, we ordered cartridges, didn't agree to order anything more then they sent us the "other half" of the shipment and demanded twice the price. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY if you want to prevent headaches.

    This is still going on in 2012.  We too received a call from "shipping" and after telling them not to send me anything that we would be ask to pay for they did anyway.  I have contacted the BBB in the LA area and have yet to come an agreeable solution.  Beware of Kleritec
