They tell you of a deal to orer 2 items then they send more and bill for things you did not order and they refuse returns. They ripped me off for $196.20 of unwanted toner, now they are sending me past due bills in the mail for an additional $142.76!

    Same scam with us. Want to keep sending unordered stuff. Then tried to charge us full price on an order that we agreed to pay half for to settle a disputed bill over a year ago, just today from out of the blue. Never and I mean ever do business with them! Any claims of satisfied customers are lies! We are contacting state attorney general.

    This company is a rip off.  They call and get you to purches kits and tell you they are buy one get one free than they bill you twice and consrution paper 9 x 12 600 sheet are bill for $149.00 (they did deduct the $149. saying that it was a promotion, what a joke) and total infection control package for 198.00 which contained one pack of gloves 3 small cleaners around 16 oz each, instance cold packs, cheap aprons, one package of 100 amtimicobial skin wipes and 50 face mask.  I told them that I could not use their products but they told me that they would still charge the school and that I had to accept the second shipment.  Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!!

    This is a scam organization and i think all here can now see---here's is their business plan

    1. Find suckers who will just pay an invoice regardless of what has happened--mostly just double the avg fair mkt value--send invoice 3 mos later--if not paid the con artist behind this whole very small org will call acting like a collection agency--his name is john and is the mastermind behind this whole con game----LISTEN---they have no repercussion--order a bunch of stuff and use it--dont worry about paying for it--theres nothing they can do--this is the only was to get your money back

    I wish would've read this before. I called them emailed them it took me a while to discover they were a Scam. Same thing they sent supplied I didn't order refuse to take them back and now I am being charged for them, I can't believe this goes un-punished

    To prove that they are actually writing the positive reviews: Would your really go out of your way to write a positive review about a supplier? Its not like we are dealing with movie were people enjoy writing reviews

    I have nothing but praise for Kleritic...I have been dealing w/ them for over a year and all they've done for my company is save us money! They have a great product and excellent customer service!

    everybody needs to get some people together to order from these kleritec idiots and just use what they send--throw all bills in the garbage--they have no way of making u pay--give em a dose of their own medicine---the same guy who takes orders also answers for shipping and collection agency--LOL---its the scammer himself-john or dave   cant remember-go get him--we are enjoying many free products

    This is a predatory marking company that makes its its profits on collections and late fees of falsified orders.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

    This company is TERRIBLE!  They send shipments, after you ask them to stop.  They also charge OUTRAGEOUS prices.  They called to tell me that construction paper that had been on back order (from my previous PAID for shipment) was being sent.  Then, I receive it and it has a BILL for $149.00.  For 2 packages of CRAPPY constrution paper.  They are harassing me, won't take the paper back, and call all the time.  I'm contacting a lawyer, and if you look at the Better Business Bureau, you'll see TONS of complaints there as well!

      I have been dealing with the same issues!! They got me to order, then I did not receive what they said would be in the shipment. Paid them for the invoice figured I was done with them and would never order again. Wrong !! They called and said my backorder was being shipped and there would be no additional charge.. Wrong they billed me for $447.84.in addition to what I already paid them. Has anyone found a way to stop this company for scamming people?

    Kleritec called my center today and i was so excited about the great deal they had. I'm so glad i didnt' go forward and i looked them up first. I would like to thank everyone who took the time to file a complaint and save others from making a huge mistake.

    What made me think twice was when the sale rep claimed they worked with the STATE!!!! The State doesn't mak phone calls they send out memo's or emails to all the providers.

    Filed a complaint with the BBB about 9 months ago.  Thought everything was resolved.  However I got a call this week from Eileen saying we still owe thousands!!   What a bunch of scammers.  We owe nothing.  They are still insisting that there is another half of the order to pay for.   This compnay has no scrupules,  THEY ARE SCAMMERS   STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM KLERITEC.

    We were scammed too!  They send things we didnt order, wont take NO for an answer!  I have repeatedly asked to not be contacted again and am still being contacted.  I told John I believe his company is a scam and he got very defensive and terribly rude - READ THIS JOHN its not just me who thinks your company is a SCAM!  STOP CALLING STOP STOP STOP!!

    I think employees at Kleritec are writing the only positive reviews. What else are they going to do
    when they are not scamming people. Hopefully, they will get what they deserve. What goes around comes around.

    I have been talking with this companyKleritec telling them I did not order or want their ink products. How do I get them to stop? They suggested I sell the ink because price of oil is going up and it will be worth a lot more than I npaid for it!!! I do not want to sell their products------I just want it to STOP
