I've had calls from this company day in and day out for weeks. They hang up as soon as I answer, and it's impossible to get to a representative once you call them back - they put you on hold for 20-30 minutes. When I finally got to a life person, she almost killed me with her question. She asked if I am happy with the service?!?!?! Wrong question to ask a person who was called and hung up on for weeks. I said NO!

    I have been getting these calls for the last 2 weeks (approx once a day, sometimes more)- whenever I answer they hang up.  Other times I have missed the call as I have been on the phone, or haven't heard it ring... they have never left a message, probably a good thing!  Many of the numbers match those already listed.  I refuse to call back numbers if I don't know who it is, but thought I would google it just in case.  Glad I did.

    (03) 9834 2800 and (03) 9834 2900 started for me today. Just to let you guys know. What a waste of time.

    I have registered on the Telstra NO CALL list & am still getting them.
    I have called Telstra & reported the problem & am still getting them.

    Is this a money making scam, whereby Telstra force you to make calls to terminate these automated calls???? I am really sick of this.

    Hi All, I think I might have the answer to your problems . . .

    If you call 1800 039 059 and go through the prompts of the voice recognition service, you can stop the Testra telemarketing.  As per usual, it will take about a month to kick in, but after that, they should leave you alone.  Failing that, you can add your mobile number to the "Do Not Call Register".

    Hope this helps - because I understand HOW ANNOYINGLY FRUSTRATING IT IS!!!!

    I also was called from 03 9937 6000, called back to never ending ringing. I am not a Telstra mobile customer.

    Same as everyone else here it seem I keep getting calls for 0386643600 on my mobile but they never leave a message. I eventually decided to try and find this number on the net and found this site. Amazing, it's Telstra obviously ringing to try and sell me something. I know now to continue to ignore these calls.

    I googled 99376000, which brought me here. But the caller left a message, which isn't usual for a telemarketer. I listened and it was actually a woman from the Do Not Call Register to answer an enquiry I had about receiving unsolicited telemarketer calls!

    Does anyone know the business name of this number please (03)9937-6000 I have been trying to call the phone number but all it says if you know the extenstion number dial it in or press 0 for a operator but when you press 0 it just repeats it's self so if anyone has actually spoken to anyone from this number can you please let me know as I am trying to find out who they are because the phone only rings twice and hangs up or if you answer the phone they hang up so if you can help me it would be much appreciated.
