I saw a comercial for a paydaY loan for $1000 in your account the very next day sponsored by Montel Williams so I went online and applied, they approved me for only $300 i ecpected the money in my account the next day and nothing then I get home and checked my email and they sent me an email stating NOw that I have been approved I need to call them as my last step! So I call and they tell me it will take 2 business days to deposit the money in my account and now here it is 4 days later and the money is still not in my account. I only have one thing to say, If you don't have cash deal with it, dont get loans from any payday loan places, its not worth all the hassle. And Montel Williams I respect you as an Intelligent Man but sponsoring a payday loan co. was a big mistake.

    I also make take home almost 3 times their $800.min.and was turned down.My pay check's are also direct deposit.What a way to do bussiness.

    i went to the montel  site  money site bad news ..i  told them im not interested no more ,at the time living with my older mom and dad gave them thier phone number and,never stop ringing leave us alone !!!!!!!

    OhEmGee,I'm so glad I read this b4 heading to the website. Saved myself some headaches! Like the saying goes,"If it sounds too good too be true,it probably is"! Another posted was right,u gotta live within your means. You can't have champagne taste with koolaid $. I will just have to continue my resolution to be better with $$ and cut back on sh*t I don't need.

    This payday website sucks because when u want to fill out the application it went into a credit card offer and I did not need that and when I went to call they said they could not help at this time and hung up. Montel williams should have looked into this company before he endorse

    I saw it today - as a differnt loan company offering 2392% APR!!!

    Shame on you Montell!! how desperately in debt must he be to consider doing this advert?

    I did one through Beacon and cannot find them anywheres online to tell them to do this in full anyone have a number for them?

    just got finish doing the loan like 30min ago. i wish i would have came up here first and seen everyone status. now i feel so bad montel and this company need a lawsuit on them fast!!!!!!!!!!!

    they turn me down and then a month later they send me a card for 500 loan and then turn me down again. talking about false advertisng we should be able to sue them for their false advertising

    I respect montell and have for as long as he has been on our tv sets but this loan thing is a joke. I applied a month ago and still nothin in my account. Why do they tell you that you can borrow up to a thousand dollars and then after you go through everything like they tell you to they come up with you can only borrow 350,why lie and say 1000.

    Thank you for all the advice. I was going to apply for a payday loan. But after reading all the comments, I changed my mind. I'd rather lose sleep and work overtime with tired achey feet than go into more debt!!!!!!!!

    I know for a fact that Montel's dad is on the board for a Credit Union who have told their employees not to get payday loans just saying what a bunch of bull here we have a spokesman for payday loans and making money on his name lol
