I received an email this morning from NCS Law Group saying I owe $703 to Advance Cash Services; I do not know who this cash services is and how strange that everyone owes $703 who they encounter??

    I received the below e mail this morning...and I decided to google NCS Law Firm and found all these complaints on scams...what a relief...but also looking over the e mail at the top it had view browser and that sort of gibber in it but looking at the bottom of the e mail it says PCS Law Group and at the very bottom is says click here if you do not want to receive these newsletters anymore.  Thanks to everyone who posted complaints and made this a known scam cause I was thinking about calling them today after work.

      I go the same email from a Matt Williams as well here is what mine said:

      I have some MAJOR problems with this email 1 they never once use my name so if I really owed this money why not call me by my name. I know this is a scam but it's getting really old. How do I put a stop to the emails and phone calls?

        been getting these emails for the past several months. each time telling me I needed to pay on a cash advance. always threatening.

      I received the same email today except there wasn't a name  and the telephone number was 315-215-0407. Thank you so much for posting your complaint. I had no idea who or what this was. I happened to do the  same thing as and researched the company and and came to this website. Thank you to everyone and please be careful!!!

      I have been getting phone calls and emails from Matt Williams from NCS LAW GROUP. They call my work and my cell phone every day. I was told by my employer that if they did not stop calling that I was going to lose my job. I reported them to the FBI and hopefully they will do something about it soon

      Sends threatening letters using the governent as his back up.  Threatenting to send me to jail.  the last email I got said Final notice before your arrest

        You can not be arrested for a daet it is a civil case not criminal

    I also had a e-mail this morning 10/19/13 of a threat if I didn't answer there e-mail I was going to be served papers of a lawsuit within 24 hrs. I also had a phone call , and the guy was trying to tell me I had a lawsuit against my social number and I ask him what this was over and he said he couldn't tell me I had to call his manager and he would tell me , I told him I wasn't calling anyone and that he was doing fraud and he needs to find another job and hung up .. I wish the law would step in and get these organization that do this, the number I got from my e-mail to call them back was 315-215-0407 , and when I called it, a guy answered and said it was a US payday .. I hung up ..  I also Google the number before I called and mine came from NY..
    this needs to stop ..

    Received this same in mail from Matt Williams the phone number was different but the same format was used.  It was in my junk mail with a warning not to respond.  So I can honestly say it's not worth your time to worry or be of any concern about these scammers.  They are looking for some sucker to take money from because they can earn money the way most of us do.

        I rec'd. tthe same email Matt Williams, using the phone # 607-264-2015 from Matt Williams, Sr. Investigation Officer, NCS Law Group. I decided to google this info and saw all of the complaint's from this law group. My question  is, how do you get rid of this? Call the police? They claim I owe $845.00 to a Payday loan. I don't owe nothing. Receiving the same letter identical to the other complaint. Any sugesstions?????

    Received thsi same email this morning from no name person was not address to me it was addressed to debtor

      I received the same exact letter with the same phone number. I keep getting phone calls from a Texas number telling me the same thing..
