This is my email from the NCSLaw Group.  Mine Went from $300.00 to $988.87, which doesn't make any
sence. I have had it with these people this is the second scam this month to me alone.  The other guy you need to watch out for is Stephen Jones  717-889-5221 he's another scammer using the same type of company Cash Advance AND I TOOK A LOAN FOR$300.00 AND NOW ITS AT 7000.00 and I neede to pay $498.98 right now otherswise I was being arrested.. I can't remember how it exactly  but a court case in your state and in your county and aginst your social security number and you'll be arrested in three days if you do no0t pay.   becareful   I'd rather go to court and pay a judge before I deal with any of these people...  even with my own credit cards I refuse to give info over phone

I am still waiting for the information I have requested.. I would also like the info to call Advance Cash America myself. If I really owed this money I would be hearing from you a lot more then I am now.. I've called your company and you do not answer. you do not even have a real message on your voicemail box.. I deal with real creditors all the time and your not fitting the profile. You have not shown me real evidence and until you do you will not be getting a dime from me... So try again maybe you will come back with some real evidence this time.. I last emailed you on Tuesday 3/25/14 and have heard nothing from since so you are making me believe your nothing but a scammer like Stephen Jones who recenty tried the same thing. But a least he gave more effort then you.. thank u

We are talking about the loan amount of $300.00 that you took with the company Advance Cash America which has now gone up to $988.87, they do have a signed copy of the contract which is signed under your e-mail address, also would like to mention your computer's IP address and your SSN was also traced when you were signing the contract with the company.

The company have more than 14 technical evidence in order to prove the money was successfully deposited into your bank account.

    Best Regards.

I got one of these years ago, asked all the necessary questions to confirm the debt. They too had my work number and co-workers names. As with prior posts they buy this info and threaten and extort. I contacted my State Attorney General office and they told me to contact them back or if they called to advise them to contact my atty, 'The Attorny General' and gave them their number. Not heard from them until now. I guess they cycle their attempts. By the way, the Atty Gen advised they were aware of this scam for a long time. I am VERY surprised the FBI/CIA/Homeland Sec haven't done squat to protect our interest as this has gone on for a VERY LONG TIME. Don't waste your time with the reporting web site, All you get is a 'Thank You for reporting' message and nothing else.  I suggest the State Atty Gen route myself.

You guys are not alone.  They threatened to tell my probation officer about the crime I committed.  I am not on probation but I responded to them the next day, " My probation officer needs you mailing address and a good contact number.  She needs to send you some documents to fill out so she can determine if I did violate my probation.  She also has to look into the validity of your accusations".  The next day, they only gave me a phone number and told me to give it to my PO.  I replied, she can not accept potential probation violations via a telephone.  The PO needs documentation from you and a sworn affidavit in order to violate my probation.  The next day, they give me there number and told me to have my PO call them.  I then replied, "My PO will not more forward with violating my probation since you have not cooperated with her".

Long story short, I F**k with them just as they do to all of use.  I had one scammer stop emailing me because I told them my PO has to present the information to a judge before I can be violated.   I have not heard from them since.

collection agencies do not use email reminder to all stop answering emails that is in spam it is in spam for a reason they want you to answer it so they can steal your money. It is a scam for a reason stop worrying over nonsense.... No online loan company was hair brain enough to give you money for a reason to sue you and you are not going to be arrested that is a bully email to scam people. No lawyers send out emails they contact you direct by certified mail or phone and court papers are mailed to you or summons to you no one is out to arrest you . Stop answering emails that is in the spam box block it and delete. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that much.

Received an email today, 7-8-14, "The case will be downloaed tomorrow and you will be soon served with the court papers.  If you want to avoid these legal consequences we merely require you to get back to us with the payment.  Best regards."
What the heck, from who?  What payment and how much?  Yea right, like I'm going to email them.  Ha! I receive SCAM calls and emails.  Wish something could be done about them.  This world is going crazy.  Don't give in to them and don't give them any of your information.  Stay strong and safe against these people.

Same thing, I received an email from Jessica Stone @ NCS Law Group.  Nothing mentioned of what the lawsuit against me is for, states to call back to make a payment, funny there is no phone number listed to call back.  I did call the 239-494-3300n # given in a previous post, nothing, it just rings.  BE CAREFUL PEOPLE, these creeps are all over the place, waiting to pounce on the first person to be afraid of their tactics.  Good luck to all.

It also said if I pay 400 dollars today that my account would be settled, and my court hearing would be dismissed. I deleted the email right away. do not fall for this silly scam. I received an email from NCS LAW GROUP today saying I had contacted them to settle an account - amount 968.75 but if I could come up with $465.00 prior to Oct 17th, 2014 all would be good.  No name, no phone, nothing else.

They emailed me saying since they haven't heard back from me since March 2014; that my employer will be contacted and they will garnish my wages; every time I email them back saying I need proof of this they never email me; I even told them my lawyer wanted their information etc; nothing; it is very scary how they send email out; yes I have done pay day loans in the past and I have paid them off; and that was a mistake on my part which I wish I could take back because I had my bank account hacked; I had to change banks, my phone number was changed because of people like this who was constantly harassing me by phone. The email is being sent by samanthad377@gmail.com but the email says its from Scott Morrison ACS Incorporation Washington, DC 20004 Call (202) 241-0531 or email scottmorri2644@gmail.com; why don't their email have ACS in it; wish they would leave me alone.
