I received an email this morning from NCS Law Group saying I owe $703 to Advance Cash Services; I do not know who this cash services is and how strange that everyone owes $703 who they encounter??

    When I inquired they sent with no name of whom is sending these emails:

    We are talking about the loan amount of $300 that you took with the company Advance Cash America which has now gone upto $703.00, they do have a signed copy of the contract which is signed under your e-mail address, also would like to mention your computer's IP address and your SSN was also traced when you were signing the contract with the company.

    The company have more than 14 technical evidence in order to prove the money was successfully deposited into your bank account which is a checking account.

    I just got one from the same people and one from ACS law group also..Same MO, same words and same threats..I told them get lost...

    I keep receiving threatening phone calls and then I received this same e- mail from an NCS Law firm. Does anyone know how they can be stopped ? My nerves are shot and I have been having chest pains because of the constant harassment.

    I also received a phone call and email from the NCS Law Group.  It shook me up because the information did not sound familiar.  My email stated that I owed money, that they would take me to court for non payment.  I may email or call them back.  I tried to call the number listed (315) 215-0407 and no one has answered yet.
    We all need help to resolve this scam... please if you have the information for an Investigator to check into this...please post the necessary information for all of us.  God bless us all and protect us... we have family to support. Spread the word......

    Here's my letter....i received yesterday via email just as all of you have!!  This is a shame that honest law abiding citizens can be harrassed in this way!

    Good Morning All,
    I have received this same e-mail twice, with different dates.  Its funny that both letters don't have my name or any information regarding me or the situation that they are emailing about. The email I received last month, I responded back with my Attorneys information on it, never contacted my attorney. This morning I received another email @343 a.m. ( what a bunch of B.S ).  They need to be stopped. It's uncalled for.. Thanks for all your responses. Try to make today a great day..

    That is it. No amount is mentioned; I was not addressed directly, and no other information is given regarding what the debt allegedly is or who is owed, and if they have sent reminders, they all went into my spam or junk mail -- until today (AOL and Outlook have been slipping). They also included links for Reporting Spam -- and I'm chuckling that they even have the link regarding no longer receiving newsletters. Newsletters?

    One thing you can do is report them to both the FBI and the FTC. I'm not saying this will make it stop immediately, or that they won't dream up a new name for their "law group" but at least it will be on record: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx for the Internet Crime Complaint Center at the FBI and/or https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/.

    i have been getting these same e-mails for some time now. traced the phone number to a land line in new york state the first time and a cell phone in detroit the second. also told them to send proof of debt by registered mail. the next step if this continues will be to print e mails and turn over to county/ us attorneys.

    I received the same email from them..They said I owed a total of 703.00..And if I do not pay it, they threatened me with court papers...I am glad I decided to look them up and found out about them...I do not need to worry about them..

    I too received an email that I was going to be served for non-payment. I have not even taken out any advance loans with ANY company. You can tell that the email was not composed by someone whose first language is English. The claim to be NCS Law Group but the email address is noreply@sugsmngo.biz. Here is the message I sent:

    I received the same email and a ton of phone calls yesterday from numbers I do not recognize.  I did not answer the calls and no one would leave a message.

    I received the same email message and a few phone calls yesterday from strange number such as 01961?? they did not leave a message. What a nightmare!!! I do not know what we are suppose to do with these besides ignore them.

    I had just received one of these emails as of 11/26/2013. The wife did a bit of digging and found the the phone number that they are using is a VoIP. that and when I asked for the debtors name and account number I got back it was thru Advance Cash America...well now I have never heard of them nor do I need a cash advance. they said the debt was from 2011 and that it was 300 to start with and is now at 976.24!! they could have mailed something before now, but I am figuring this is a big scam!!
