I got a call on my cell phone regarding credit card debt relief. . I was transferred to nakisha,  asked if I wanted to continue, they asked for $600 or $60.00 to send me the paperwork and for the consultation. When I asked them what it was for she said they would deduct from my first payment but would not tell me what the money was for FINALLY SHE  said yes.

THE FIRST TIME THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD APPLY TO MY CREDITORS BUT WHEN THEY CONVINCED ME TO RECORD MY VOICE THAN THEY SAID IT WAS ONLY A FEE FOR THE CONSULTATION!!!

. No fees should be sent to anyone for additional information requested on a company or program

she has been harrasing me telling that i have to pay this amount or else! and that they can take me to court becaues they have my voice accepting!! !  unfortunally i gave many personal information!!
what happends now??
i never signed anything!!!!

    Did u have problems getting in contact with them after you paid the money? I have been trying to get in contact with that office regarding my case, and i havent gotten anywhere but straight into a wall, the person is either no longer with the office or its just there voicemail, not getting any returned call or returned emails. im getting upset. I have to get hear from someone soon, my mortgage company's attorney keeps sending me letters. please help me someone!! I need to know what to do next!

    How do you know they are scam artist?  i too have been trying to get incontact with Aren goldsfaden, dawn west, nicole cintron, beth whatever her last name is or Anthony himself, and i cant get anyone to answer my call, it goes straight to Voicemail, or it says this line is busy, this mail box is full, i am about to cry my eyes out, i need someone to tell me how to stop my forclosure?     this attorney is a scum of all scum he jumps ship from company to company from home safe America to consumer 1st law group to changing the name from consumer 1st to blackwells attorneys its all the same scum bag hes from Arizona 11545 N Frank lloyd wright blvd apt 1022, scottsdale AZ his license is in Nevada not ny or not any other state hes doing business which is illegal. i also came across this scum bags cell phone number 516-445-1540 do not trust a word he says hes a total SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    no that doesnt help, being his cell phone mailbox is full just like the rest of his employees mailboxes, I need in contact with them now, my mortgage company called me today, this is insane. Someone needs to answer there damn phone. Im starting to get extremly F****ing pissed!

    OMG well you're not alone, 3 people that was dealing with my case no longer work there. And I recently sat down with Chase Bank and they confirmed my fear, that there a scam. But little do they know. I work for a lawyer and I will be taking them to court very shortly and also called Fox 5 News on them. (Shame on me) and help me Howard, on Channel 11. They have messed with the Rogers family. And of course I will be causing major scenes outside there office this coming week. It's not about the $, but there affecting people's lives. Don't waste any more time with them, just go straight to your bank and they will help you. Trust me you will be seeing them on the news pretty soon! Audra Walsh

    This place is a scam. I just called Fox 5 (shame on me) and Channel 11. (Help me Howard and Channel 1. And when I went in there fake office in Feb of 2011. Me and my husband made them sign proof that I gave them $. And the fake [***] Dawn West and some [***] Dean Hazzis are fake. But it's all good! What goes around comes around. And I will make sure they will close shop and take them to court. And God help Dawn if I ever see ya ass! So look out there spot will be blown up all over TV.)

    So what happen when you went there? I know if I go there I will be walking out in handcuffs and I am not playing. Just take them to court and call every news channel on them. They will never be able to walk the streets again. And just remember this is a small world. I will catch them..

    OMG! Yes we gave them 1000.00 in June, remind you before we signed the papers and they took our money they were in constant contact with us, however since then all communication has stopped! We call and call and call, only to get voicemails. My bank has no knowledge of a modification program with these people! I feel so stupid and used. We are now even further behind....Shame on you Matt Volape and your firm

    The reason most ppl cannot reach anyone is anthony blackwell got rid of everyone there. He is the only one that is still in that office. He is the one that you ppl need to be angry at. The rest were just employees who are no longer there. He cut off everyone and noone has access to anything or anyone. That is why you do not get calls back. It is blackwells company and he is still running it. By himself. Everyone else should be left out of this. They did not do this to you, anthony did. That is his cell that is listed above. Good luck reaching him though.

    The employees are just at fault - they are the ones on the phones convincing people to send the money not Anthony Blackwell!! yes he scammed people but so did the employees - all the ones that are listed in the blogs should go down as well they are all a party to it.  Now because they are being looked into the employees are trying to act like they didnt do anything wrong.  Whatever!! Every worker for the company should be in JAIL!!!!!

    I agree with the response above, I was lied to by Ralphie and he is the one that told me what the company could do for me and they did crap.  They stole my money so I hope every single worker there gets prosecuted.  I called the pro bono Attorneys office and I gave the names of the people that lied and stole and Atty Blackwell was only 1 of the 4 names I gave.

    The employees need to be prosecuted to the fullest!!!! They are parties to the crime and I hope they all get what is coming to them and the can run but they cant hide.

    I tried to contact comsumer first 8/26/2011 and their answer machine was full I throught it was from the strom and I tried them again Monday 8/29/2011 and got the same results. So I emailed them and it came back undeliverable, so I went to there office and it is cleared out. They took me and my husbands for several thousand dollar (paid in full) and we are left with nothing (No phone call no email)NO MODIFICATION

    sure no problem , give me your contact # . fox 5 had red my story and wants to set up a meeting with me this week . and i found anthony blackwells cell # and found him on facebook . i wrote all his friends on fb and told them what a low class scumbag he is ..... he has no idea who hes messing with ...THE WAR HAS JUST BEGAIN....
