I got a call on my cell phone regarding credit card debt relief. . I was transferred to nakisha,  asked if I wanted to continue, they asked for $600 or $60.00 to send me the paperwork and for the consultation. When I asked them what it was for she said they would deduct from my first payment but would not tell me what the money was for FINALLY SHE  said yes.

THE FIRST TIME THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD APPLY TO MY CREDITORS BUT WHEN THEY CONVINCED ME TO RECORD MY VOICE THAN THEY SAID IT WAS ONLY A FEE FOR THE CONSULTATION!!!

. No fees should be sent to anyone for additional information requested on a company or program

she has been harrasing me telling that i have to pay this amount or else! and that they can take me to court becaues they have my voice accepting!! !  unfortunally i gave many personal information!!
what happends now??
i never signed anything!!!!

    Scam! They not keep home out of foreclosure. They took the money and did nothing! Lost the home and did not get the refund as previously promised if there were no results. See email from Consumer 1st Law Group below:

    In the meantime we will submit the authorization for P.O.A to the bank so that we can begin the process, we don't want to wait on this file.

    Me and my wife been play by Consumer 1ST LAW GROUP. They are good I have been street smart all my life. I let these pencil pushing chumps scam me out 3000.00. All phone line are busy. All my emails going unanswer. I been played.No lawyer in NEW YORK name anthony Blackwell,also Aren Goldren,Dawn West are scam artist. I report them to District Attorney Office an call Nassau County Detective they went to the building in Woodbury,NY to find out what the heck is going on. The funny thing is I been out of work for one year. And my Mortage is really bad off. Consumer first we will meet again and you better be prepared to handle you punishment. I been played WOW! HARD EARN MONEY WENT DOWN THE F#$@@ DRAIN.

    Did u have problems getting in contact with them after you paid the money? I have been trying to get in contact with that office regarding my case, and i havent gotten anywhere but straight into a wall, the person is either no longer with the office or its just there voicemail, not getting any returned call or returned emails. im getting upset. I have to get hear from someone soon, my mortgage company's attorney keeps sending me letters. please help me someone!! I need to know what to do next!

    How do you know they are scam artist?  i too have been trying to get incontact with Aren goldsfaden, dawn west, nicole cintron, beth whatever her last name is or Anthony himself, and i cant get anyone to answer my call, it goes straight to Voicemail, or it says this line is busy, this mail box is full, i am about to cry my eyes out, i need someone to tell me how to stop my forclosure?     this attorney is a scum of all scum he jumps ship from company to company from home safe America to consumer 1st law group to changing the name from consumer 1st to blackwells attorneys its all the same scum bag hes from Arizona 11545 N Frank lloyd wright blvd apt 1022, scottsdale AZ his license is in Nevada not ny or not any other state hes doing business which is illegal. i also came across this scum bags cell phone number 516-445-1540 do not trust a word he says hes a total SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    no that doesnt help, being his cell phone mailbox is full just like the rest of his employees mailboxes, I need in contact with them now, my mortgage company called me today, this is insane. Someone needs to answer there damn phone. Im starting to get extremly F****ing pissed!

ME AND MY HUSBAND MADE THEM SIGN PROOOF THAT I GAVE THEM $ . AND THE FAKE BICTH DAWN WEST AND SOME [***] DEAN HAZZIS  ARE FAKE . BUT ITS ALL GOOD ! WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND .     OMG! YES WE GAVE THEM 1000.00 IN JUNE,REMIND YOU BEFORE WE SIGNED THE PAPERS AND THEY TOOK OUR MONEY THEY WERE IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH US,HOWEVER SINCE THEN ALL COMMUNICATION HAS STOPPED! WE CALL AND CALL AND CALL,ONLY TO GET VOICEMAILS. MY BANK HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF A MODIFICATION PROGRAM WITH THESE PEOPLE! I FEEL SO STUPID AND USED.
