I got a call on my cell phone regarding credit card debt relief. . I was transferred to nakisha,  asked if I wanted to continue, they asked for $600 or $60.00 to send me the paperwork and for the consultation. When I asked them what it was for she said they would deduct from my first payment but would not tell me what the money was for FINALLY SHE  said yes.

THE FIRST TIME THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD APPLY TO MY CREDITORS BUT WHEN THEY CONVINCED ME TO RECORD MY VOICE THAN THEY SAID IT WAS ONLY A FEE FOR THE CONSULTATION!!!

. No fees should be sent to anyone for additional information requested on a company or program

she has been harrasing me telling that i have to pay this amount or else! and that they can take me to court becaues they have my voice accepting!! !  unfortunally i gave many personal information!!
what happends now??
i never signed anything!!!!

    Don't worry you're not alone.....they did the same to us .... word of advice . go straight to your bank that deals with your mortgage and they will help you . trust me the banks don't want another home... and if they can't lower your monthly payment they will make a payment plan with youthat you can afford so that u don't lose your home . ....trust me sooner or later in life , everything he has done to people will catch up to him .. in the mean time I will make it a point to slander his name and sue the [***] out of him ..

    Trust me I will also make it a point to put Dawn West and Dean Hazzis on the news channel and the law suit to. So I hope they have $ for some good lawyers and better walk the streets with God watching them....They all new from day!..

    You're not the only one.....I am pressing charges on Dean Hazzis and Dawn West and last but not least Anthony Blackwell .. It's already in the court hands and hired a PI to make it a point to expose all of them.......It's not about the $ I lost but it's the embarrassment they will suffer ....

    Well word of advice, go down to the DA office and press charges against. The DA office is at Old Country Rd in Long Island. Also you can call Fox 5 and help me Howard and write to the newspaper......What the scumbag did to many families like myself he will pay for. Justice will be served very shortly.. Don't let this go..

    I sent them my money too. My bank said they sent them the information they asked for but havent heard back from them. I get no email responses and the phone numbers voice mail is full. I was also told that while this mitigation was going thru it's process, that I wouldn't have a house payment. I'm on my second payment now. October will be my third. The rates have dropped lower than what they were going to modify me at now. I used my credit card to pay them, so I am getting ready to have my credit card co. go after them and get my money back. Hopefully this will be behind me soon.

    Mr. Blackwell told me he was an Attorney, if this is true why can't the NYS Bar Assoc. get our money back ?

    Just to let everyone know Anthony J Blackwell truly is the bottom of the barrel, all the employees there would love to get back to all of you but Mr. Blackwell shut off all the phones and took away everyone's computers not letting them do there jobs. non the less over 15 employees are still owed money for work they did for MR.Blackwell. all the employees there argued day and and day out with him to work on all your files he tells us hes doing his job and wont give any of us any more info. "this is why half the crew quit". all of you and all of the employees are going after this man so hopefully he will lose his license.

    You should call for extra help. He will not stop to everyone puts an end his scam. You should really call the DA's office in Suffolk County and call Fox 5 and help me Howard on Channel 11. All Anthony J Blackwell does is jump around to office to office and takes families money...but the sick thing about this man, so make an extreme effort to get him behind bars where he belongs.... Is he really thinks he's not going to get court...

    Don't worry everyone this is an everyday file we are working on do get him where he belongs..but everyone needs to file with the DA's office ...couse what he is doing is no doubt is a crime ....

    If any of you are serious about pursuing action against consumer law group, please count me in. I'm out of state, but am very interested in taking these guys out. If you are considering a class-action law suit, I want to be in on it.

    I have been dealing with this company since may and they did fire everyone and hire a firm to take care of all the modifications they have. IT is hard to get in touch with them but I got a phone call last night saying that they are hard at work on my modifiction. so we will see if it gets done or not. But I am resting alittle easier to know this guy did not just take my money and run.
