I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h.  It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring.  Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech.  I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day!  I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

    Check with your state laws, if someone sends you something you did not order, in my state: Oregon, you don't have to pay and you don't have to send it back.

    Omg, I just saw the commercial and was like I'm about to order that. Then something told me to google a ring, so pretty for only 20 bucks, then I see all these reviews..thank u guys!! Money well saved, I can't afford to be scammed n give away free money..

    I order the ring i received them the only thing i dont like about them is that the ring silver has chipped off and the ring itself looks pretty but the silver has lost it shin

    Wow....glad I found this sight for reviews!!! I know it is a CZ...but was still thinking about ordering. WILL NOT BE ORDERING!!!!

    I had the mistake of not checking reviews before purchasing this. I placed my order online but couldn't tell if I had gotten fast shipping or what.. I called the next day to confirm my fast shipping. They said you will receive fast shipping. Then I found this reviews site got nervous and cancelled my order.. right? Wrong! They put another order through when I called about the fast shipping!  I had no idea they did this!!So 4 weeks later I receive the rings in the mail. It took a few days for it to show up on my account. I called them and I said I wanted a refund, as I did not want their product. They said they can't reimburse me until they get the product back. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They said it would take 24-48 hours before I would hear back. I said fine make sure your supervisor calls me back and I will be reporting your company to the BBB. The woman hung up on me. They know what they did was B.S.

    I bought the ring and band. I paid the 9.99 for express shipping. I checked my order 2 days after I placed it on the check my status website. It said it was on back order. I called and they said it was but a day later it said it was shipped out to me. I got both rings in 2 weeks from the day I ordered and they refunded my express shipping I paid for. Their customer service people seem like idiots but honestly, the rings are beautiful. So far I'm happy with them. Just my 2 cents.

      What number did you call? I ordered and paid the express shipping and when I track my order I'm told there's an overwhelming demand etc. and it'll be another 2 weeks. I ordered a month ago.

    I place my order for the ring Saturday and got it Tues.However I still hasn't receive my band.So far no money has been taken from my account for the band.When I check order status it say allow 10-15 business days and I am getting anxious.

    Well I ordered mine 2 weeks ago & it came today & for the 20 bucks for the ring & 10.00 for the band it is a shops deal, yes the ring is a bit gaudy but it is beautiful, I also got the platinum coating versus silver . I feel bad for all you that have had trouble. Good luck resolving the issues.

    I ordered this ring and they charged $1526.92 to my credit card and after numerous calls they refused to refund my money and I still have no received anything.    I have been forced into filing bankruptcy because of this.   Please...nobody else fall for this scam. They just want your credit card number so they can steal money from you.

    I love to wear costume jewelry and thought that this ring set would be great. Glad I read these reviews/complaints. I will just get my jewelry from Avon, or JC Penny's, etc. not from these scammers.

    Has any one checked the stores like Boscov's or Target or Walmart. Many have As seen on tv products. I am looking at this weeks ad and Diamond Z4 is $19.99 no tax in my state and no persons trying to sell you other crap along with it. Only thing is many on tv  double your order but what are you really getting for free besides a headache. Easy to return also.

    I was considering ordering this, just as a birthday gift for a 10 year old niece, so the cheapness/falseness doesn't really matter, it's a kid. But I'm so THANKFUL I read this. I am staying away from this company! I will go find something at Walmart.
    Thank you all for sharing your experiences with this bogus company and their fraudulent charges. Although I do feel bad as I have been scammed in the past myself so I know how it feels.

    Thank you all for saving me it's 10.15/12 I was going to order, but I saw the review page I better check. You all saved me a headache. Plus I don't like offers if I didn't ask for them. If you report to your credit card the order was unauthorized the company could be charged up to 3 times the price of the order.

    That will keep them from a 100% profiting from others. Too bad I really liked the ring but it's not worth the hassles.

    I ordered the diamond z4 and i received it in 5 days. So im confused as to all of you eho ordered it and didnt receive it. Weird. dont know what to say but sorry to all that had issues wit the company.
