I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h.  It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring.  Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech.  I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day!  I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

    I honestly do not work with the company and had i read these reviews id have never ordered it but i didnt and my fiance purchased it and i have my ring no bank problems and myself and everyone else loves it... The only complaint i do have is the told us 4-6 wks and it was like 12 wks before i recieved it!!! But for all of you who got screwed keep those bank statements and sue the hell out of them, because it had to be signed for to be left at your home!!!! Good luck!!!!

    I do not work for this company. I'm a s.a.h.m (stay at home mom). My husband ordered this ring for me in january and got it in february. I wear it everyday. They did call and ask if we wanted the earings and necklace and we said no. We were never charged for anything but the rings. So I am sorry for anyone that got screwed around and didn't get there ring and was charged more.

    Take it from my bad experience, if you can't hold it in your hands before you buy it, dont. $2 thousand dollars later,and numerous cancel credit cards, i have learned. Don't be next.

    I received my ring within 2 weeks of ordering in December 2012, and also upgraded to the platinum setting, however, now, just 8-9 mos later, the rings are tarnishing and rough...    definitely not worth it!

      Well there not real...so I would advise you to take them off when submitting in water. Dont try to emmerse them in cleaning solution.

    Just saw the commercial and thought it was a bunch of BS.  Just gonna throw this out there to everyone who bought this.  You may want to re-evaluate your thought process before buying things in the future.  If somebody says that something is worth $30,000 dollars somewhere else but you can get it from them for $20  ... I mean, it's unreal that I even need to explain this.  IT'S NOT REAL.  It does't take a genius to figure it out.  For those who bought it and went through rough times with the company, well... you probably deserved it.

      After raising hell by going to the Telebrand facebook site and posting several messages (that were deleted) I received an e-mail that said my order had been shipped on the 26th.  I paid an additional  8 dollars to expedite the order, haven't received it yet.  Didn't think I would and don't think I will.

    I place the order on 1/3/14 and I hope it comes because they have taken the money from my card. I called my card to see if the money had been debited there is no trace of the transaction. I looked at my bank account no trace of the transaction, but when I use my calculator and subtract from previous balance to the balance I have now it was deducted. I did receive a confirmation number and a confirmation email on 1/3/14 after I placed the order. I went into the site to track it and my order number is not pulling up anything. UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I believe this is a scam.

    It's and scam  and they wanted  u to up grade the ring and didn't show you and upgrade and there is NO. Number to call scam scam scam. Don't buy your  I heard your credit card will be charged twice or more scam

    I order this ring I'll say about two weeks ago and I did not know they had a complaint site until now, I hope that I receive mine because if not I will sue this company. Not because of the money but due to the fact if you advertise merchandise you should stick with the rules of the game. And that's to keep the promise you guys make to us customers.

    I just ordered my ring set. Total cost is about 30$. After reading all these posts.....I'm sick to my stomach cause I used my real bank card. I already called customer service and they said it should arrive in 2 - 4 weeks. I'm really worried that I'll be overcharged. I'll post whatever the outcome is. Crossing my fingers and hoping for the best!

    I ordered one and i know its not real.. but god damn its beautiful and everybody that sees it thinks its real.. its still a beautiful ring, fake or not, best 20 dollar ring i bought:)

    It was a Cz and I received my ring! I knew it was a fake ring. CZ is Fake. It is beautiful. I love my fake cz ring for twenty dollars! LOL

    I'm glad I googled this so called $20 ring, it seemed a little too good to be true. Majority Rule$!!!!!!! For me at least if there are 50 comments and only 5 of u had no issues I'm definitely NOT ordering this.

    Ordered ring over automated system. Got it about month later. Nice ring set. Gonna check debit account make sure didnt screw me with multiple charges keep u posted!
