Fraudulent Charges

I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h.  It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring.  Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech.  I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day!  I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

I bet drew works for this company...I bet he is not even a real customer for the Z4 diamond.  Most info-mercials are frauds.  Anyone can get one.  TV companies do not check because they just get paid to put ads in the middle of their commercials.  I would not trust most of them.

If a merchant takes your money and doesn't deliver, be sure you dispute the charges through your bank within 60 days of the statement date of the statementt showing the disputed charge, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.  Be sure to close your account or block the card number to prevent additional fraud.

Call DiamondZ and cancel the order, follow up with letter. Call your bank and cancel that charge and hope you do it quick enough to beat them to your money.f8n8

I ordered this ring and got it within 5 days and then unfortunately lost it. Ordered it again and it been a nightmare. When I ordered it said my credit cards didnt go through so I did it again.  I even tried another one. When I finally quit trying I looked at my bank account and I was charged 24 times for the ring   I have gotten them all cancelled except one. Hopefully it comes

Thank you, everyone, for posting your experiences with Diamnod Z. It is sooo worth it to read reviews before purchasing anything. It has been of great help to me. I will not buy from Diamond Z because of all of your "buyer beware" warnings. How dare they rip honest, hard working people off. I hope they go belly up.

Have you tried getting money back via Amazon's guarantee? I did, lots of luck!
Amazon is no better than anyone else with money back guarantees.

    FYI and be warned
NEVER give your credit card information until you see and verify the total charge.
Every scam I have seen require you to give card info BEFORE submitting order.
This one is typical where you have to give card # before knowing what you are buying.

Thanks for the warning.  I won't bother since only two people said they received their order which I question because of all the other warnings about fraudulent charges to their accounts.  Law enforcement needs to look into this company.
