I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h.  It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring.  Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech.  I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day!  I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

    First off there is either Sterling Silver or Silver Plated. There is NO SUCH THING AS STERLING SILVER PLATED. That alone is grounds for a refund in item not as described. I was not considering buying this but HAD to check out the reviews when I saw the advert and subsequently the website. I knew at "sterling silver plated" they were full of BS

    I read all the reviews,(after I had ordered the ring) But fortunately, I got mine in 2 weeks. I've had it now for almost a year. Looks as good as the day I got it. I clean it regularly with a cleaning cloth made for jewelry and it works great on it. I've had many compliments on it. Has never turned my finger green or any other color. It stays great. I was dishes with it on, nothing has ever happened to it. Sill looks brand new. So sorry so many people have had such bad experiences with this company.

    Just a few minutes talked with some guy from the Costumer Service Department, this is the point, I have the two rings, just in 4 (four) months become totally BROWN lost the color silver !!! and supposed to be silver; he said, its more than 30 days and there is no more warranty.

    Read all these complaints. I DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! I ordered my ring on 6-10-13, received it on 6-17-13. Love it. The only complaint I have is that you have to give your credit payment before you can see the product, and you can not back out.

    I just paid for the ring I talked with some guy on the phone the other day he told me they received my money order and stuff  and my ring should be shipped out this week well I'm trying to call the 1800 777 4034 and theirs no one picking up or  no ring tone is their anybody who can give me a number so I can get in touch with these mfs.

    I do not work for this company let me just throw that out there! I did order and did receive the rings the stones are absolutely stunning I get all sorts of compliments now with this said They ARE NOT sterling silver bands my bands turned and the one band has a crack in it I am SOOOOOOO disappointed! I am going to take them and see if I can have the stones set in a sterling silver band but I'm scared of what this will cost me UGHHHHhhh! Good luck everyone!

    I have received one of these rings from my boyfriend as a birthday gift. The ring is beautiful for its price. The stones shine like real diamonds...make no mistake, they are NOT real, they are lab created, but still gorgeous. The band is indeed sterling silver plated, just as the ad tells you...you people really need to read the FULL ad. And for the person who says they do not make sterling silver plating for jewlry and claims they have been in the jewelry business for years...you are full of it. They do make sterling silver plated jewlry. The band on mine is in great shape, even after a year. You're only paying $20 for this ring...don't expect it to be the quality of a $2,000 ring. Also, I bought mine off the Sterlington website...you shouldn't buy stuff like this off a no name telebrand company.

    I'm sorry, but I should have also added that the add says you can expect to wait up to six weeks for this ring, so no, you are most likely not going to receive it in a month or less.

    I honestly do not work with the company and had i read these reviews id have never ordered it but i didnt and my fiance purchased it and i have my ring no bank problems and myself and everyone else loves it... The only complaint i do have is the told us 4-6 wks and it was like 12 wks before i recieved it!!! But for all of you who got screwed keep those bank statements and sue the hell out of them, because it had to be signed for to be left at your home!!!! Good luck!!!!

    I do not work for this company. I'm a s.a.h.m (stay at home mom). My husband ordered this ring for me in january and got it in february. I wear it everyday. They did call and ask if we wanted the earings and necklace and we said no. We were never charged for anything but the rings. So I am sorry for anyone that got screwed around and didn't get there ring and was charged more.

    Take it from my bad experience, if you can't hold it in your hands before you buy it, dont. $2 thousand dollars later,and numerous cancel credit cards, i have learned. Don't be next.
