I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h.  It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring.  Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech.  I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day!  I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

    Thank you all for saving me it's 10.15/12 I was going to order, but I saw the review page I better check. You all saved me a headache. Plus I don't like offers if I didn't ask for them. If you report to your credit card the order was unauthorized the company could be charged up to 3 times the price of the order.

    That will keep them from a 100% profiting from others. Too bad I really liked the ring but it's not worth the hassles.

    I ordered the diamond z4 and i received it in 5 days. So im confused as to all of you eho ordered it and didnt receive it. Weird. dont know what to say but sorry to all that had issues wit the company.

    I'm so disgusted!
    I ordered  5 months ago and had to report my card lost/stolen b/c of the many charges I had on my card, just kept charging and charging - no other way to put an end to it!!

      Great idea! I think I'm going to check IRS website also. I would think they would be interested ...worth a try!

    just thought I would add on to the posts. I just ordered the ring and then tried to cancel it, after reading the complaints.  The answering service is a virtual voice. Apparently they can't find or recognize my zip code, phone number or the order number they provide to the customer. Office hours are from Monday-Friday 5am-5pm. Hmmmm!  I'm going to follow through on this on Monday first thing! The invoice confirmation posted less than five minutes after I ordered via Internet. It says $56.96 and it says S&H. hasn't posted my account yet, I'm going to keep checking until Monday.   Not getting a warm feeling from this :0(

    Several pithy phrases come to mind such as, "Caveat emptor", "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is", "You get what you pay for", "There's a sucker born every minute", "You can't cheat an honest [person]", and so on.  As long as human beings have the innate desire to adorn themselves with baubles which society tells them they need and are of value, and they think that they are getting away with something, they will always be victims... no, not victims... rather, participants in fraud.

    Quit your whining, buy and read dictionaries, investigate a product and the seller before you part with your hard earned money, and move on.

    Thank's for sharing guy's! I too was ready to order but there are wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too many negative reviews! I won't take the chance of getting "screwed over" by another BOGUS company!

    I hate companies like these everyone is trying to screw over hard working people everyday. Can't it just go back to the day when there was no"fine print" screwing innocent people over when they try to get something that looks nice and within their price range without being something from a quarter machine. Thanks for all the reviews. Bullet dodged, sorry everyone got scammed check with the bbb.com better business bureau always check the reviews on there for 100% correct information and also please don't hesitate to call them to get this company shut down

    Oh my good lord. People are talking trash about other grammar and spelling when they can't spell in the first place. You're calling someone out for not living in the same country and you as if that's a bad thing. I'm from America, but if you're going to look down upon someone for potentially living somewhere else, you should get an education and shut up. Jesus Christ almighty I'm tired of people like you putting a bad face for Americans.

    I would like to say that even though I saw all of your complaints I went and order this ring and I was satisfied with results I received my ring in 2 weeks and is beautiful.  pay the extra for advance shipping and you will love the ring when it arrives in a couple of weeks....thanks..

    oh' my god' this ring is full of [***], i order this ring seen september and i receive now. and when i see it its aim really piss. is any body who want to buy this ring please don't, you gonna be so sorry.
    and its really ugly, i tell you this company are [***], its really a fraud. its not even close that you seen on the tv. so every body please don't buy this ring, it better to buy to aldo store or h&m or any store or buy a candy may be if you lucky, you find good one inside the package, but this package that i order is fully of [***].

    Just go to Stauer.com, every review I have just read has been beyond positive, the rings look amazing, just ordered a set fr my fiancee, will repost when they arrive!

    I too was gonna order this ring but something told me to Google it first.  I am ever so glad I read these reviews and I WILL NOT be purchasing the ring and risk gettn ripped off!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE!!!! :)
