Fraudulent Charges

I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h.  It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring.  Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech.  I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day!  I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

This thread is like reading stuff a bunch of 3rd Graders wrote. What a bunch of uneducated, impaired people posting here. This really makes me afraid for the future of this country, if idiots like you are ordering $20 "CZ4 diamond" rings, thinking you're going to get something "real," and then being surprised when you get ripped off or get a cheap piece of crap. And the spelling, grammar and general content of the posts in this thread: again, it's like a bunch of 3rd graders. Seriously? Is this where we are now? What do you dumbasses expect when you order a $20 "diamond" ring? Do you always expect to get something for nothing? Oh and "lern 2 spel."

Ive read all of your comments and complaints. Thank you because many of you saved me alot of heartache, trouble and money. TV advertising will only grow and thrive off of us as consumers and many times we get sucked in to the product or the cost of the item. We dont really have any protection from fraud. if I may offer a solution to the problem....once a product airs on tv, look for the web page/site associate, after that look on the page for those security labels and gurantees like the better business bureau seal of approval. Dont be fooled by the money back guarantee or the free shipping scheme. My second and probably the most cunning solution is to make your purchases like I do with a PREPAID debit card (found at any retail store, pharmacy,  or gas station)- this way you can load only a specific amount. Its a gamble and you may get scammed but losing $20 from a prepaid card is safer from someone running my finances (bank account/credit) with recurring charges.Protect yourself and shop smart. If it looks too good to be true, then it usually ALWAYS is more to be seen.

BUYERS BEWARE- MANY OF THE "good reviews" ON THIS SITE ARE FAKE.!!! The company themselves are con artists and they employ their own people to write good reviews to try to bump or "cover up" the reviews posted by their own customers. Why?? BECAUSE 9/10 people got scammed into buying their cheaply made product. Not only did I fall for the $20 deal, I payed for the fastest S&H offered.. And I still didn't receive the ring until 11 weeks later. I've had my ring for nearly two weeks now, and already my stones are foggy and tarnished- those that are even left in the ring at all. The band turned my finger green the FIRST night I wore it out.! Even if you are gentle with the ring and treat it like a $20 cheap piece of jewelry, it is STILL the biggest rip off I've ever made the mistake of purchasing. I've had numerous random charges show up on my card from this company that I am still currently disputing. Save yourself the time and stress and buy a ring from wal mart or your local convenience store if you are searching for a quick, cheap piece of jewelry. This is by far not worth the hassle. I pray my awful experience will spare another victim from falling into their scam trap. DIAMONDZ4 is a complete fraud and a horrible company to purchase from.!!! You can consider yourself honestly warned.
