Fraudulent Charges

I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h.  It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring.  Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech.  I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day!  I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

This again is another example of an American consumer, wanting high qaulity at a low price. This is the simple mentality Americans acquire from desiring the deception of a quality life: "the high life".. These scam artist will continue to rob America. These products only fuel the empty desire of commercial hapiness, or as Marcuse would say consumption to destruction.

Its got absolutely nothing to do with wanting "the high life", we all knew from the commercial it was a cheap piece of costume jewelry! We just wanted a $20 ring and to be charged accordingly!!!! Geez!

Why does each page repeat what he previous page has said. Is this site some sort of scam too? There is 14 pages listed at the bottom and all of them are duplicates of each other. What gives?

You should all contact or email your State Attorney General or your State Consumer Protection Agencies. Go to: http://www.usa.gov/directory/stateconsumer/  and report them imediately and save other people from being scammed also. Glad I found this site...I was going to order it too!

My girlfriend ordered the set as a fun item. It took forever to arrive, and when it finally did "what a piece of junk". The stones looked like cheap rhinestones and her fingers did turn green. Also she was charged for additional items she did not order. She has disputed all the charges with her bank which has credited her account. She also notified the company that if they want their junk back they will have to send her a prepaid mailing label. If they choose not to do so in a reasonable time she will consider the items as abandoned and dispose of them. Also you do have the option of taking them to small claims court. If enough people do this you just may teach them a lesson or better yet put them out of business.

This product is absolute crap. It is the cheapest  thing I have ever seen. I expected it would look fake for $20.00 but it is even worse than I thought it would be. Unfortunately I read the reviews after I ordered them. I did however, change my credit card number so they could not process additional charges. If you are really looking for some good quality, inexpensive jewelry try Palm Beach Jewelry. Their products actually look quite real. Do yourself a favor and do not order from diamondz4, their products really SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so I read all the reviews and found an easy way. I went to wal mart and got there visa card put $30 on it bought the ring once the money got pulled out I canclled the card. So now I revived the ring ear rings and necklace for $20. All I can say is WINNING..........

Wouldn't consider it winning if you are still buying from scammers. They are still making a profit off of you. 50 cent ring made by children in a third world country.....and you paid 30 dollars. You could have bought a ring of equal quality for cheap the day after Halloween. I guess it's tacky to buy from a Halloween store rather than a tv infomercial. Continue paying these companies thinking you are outsmarting them with a prepaid card. It's still benefitting them. They just can't take extra money from you. Let's see.....30 dollars....minus 50 cents. Multiply that by 1000. Hmm, seems like a profit.
